I take 90 units at bedtime. In two separate shots 80 units and 10 units. I was not paying attention and injected over units on the second shot. I'm a little nervous about going to bed
I mistakenly took almost a double dose of my bedtime levimir injection. What should I do?

It happens, especially if you have two different types of insulin you take. The best thing to do in my opinion is to keep a close eye on your glucose level and how you’re feeling. You can if your glucose levels are dropping too rapidly and low, eat something high in carb or even drink some juice.
Its a long acting insulin so eat a high carb snack and go to bed. You just got to pay attention though. That's how we all learn making the small mistakes and getting away with it. Now I'm sure that you will pay closer attention to what your doing.
Its a long acting insulin so its not going to slam you all once. What was your blood sugar? Do you check it at bed time? I know its late now, but I would eat a snack and go to bed.
