I mistakenly took a double dose of 150mg of FLECAINIDE this morning. I am supposed to take every 12?

Firstly, chances are you will be fine and you should continue taking the medication as if the double does had not even occurred. Hence, take the next scheduled dose in 12 hours.
However, since I don't know you medical history, having put you immediate worries aside, call your doctor and let them know - NOW.
You can call any hour of the day or night, just leave a message with a nurse or the answering service for the on call doctor to respond to you.

Thanks for the comment. I did just that..called my wife in states and had her call the Doctor on call and was told what you suggested to do, however he did advise me not to take the next 12 hour dose. appreciate your response. wd

If in Kabul you could go to the Indian hospital, don't remember the name(perhaps Indira Gandhi Hospital) its is on the way to the airport by passing Wazir Akbar Khan Road (area), maybe you could get help?
