My implant expired on the 11th of September and I had sex on the same month but I checked the expiration date after a few days after and it had expired. What should I do?
How long does the implant stop working if it expired?

It would still be releasing low doses of hormone but not technically enough to provide almost certain birth control (the manufacturer provides no information on pregnancy risks with a newly expired implant). If you want to keep using the implant you will have to get the old implant removed, rule out any pregnancy then make an appointment to get a new one inserted. In the time being, you should use another form of birth control if you want to avoid the chance of pregnancy.
