Nexplanon - How long do it take to stop bleeding after taking the implant out while you was on your?

It's different for everyone. It can take some people longer than others, for the hormones to settle down.
If your bleeding is heavy, & doesn't stop after a couple of weeks, you'll need to see your doctor to be monitored for iron deficiency. The doctor may also suggest using another drug to get the bleeding under control.
