Is it ok to use sulfur soap for 2 yrs.old kid?

the usual recommendations for using sulfur soaps for children read as:

Use Sulfur Soap with extreme caution in children younger than 2 years of age. Safety and effectiveness in this age group have not been confirmed.
Caution is advised when using Sulfur Soap in children because they may be more sensitive to its effects.
