I have the off balance feeling most all the time with dizziness from time to time. Hardly ever feel like I'm standing solid on level ground. If that makes any sense. I've been dealing with this for an awful long time. Besides other conditions I have to live with it can all be more than to much sometimes. Please, need help, anyone ? I've almost given up on doctors. My regular doctor, M.D. knows this and hasn't seen the need to do anything about it. As though he's forgotten. Thank you in advance. God Bless & Happy Thanksgiving

I don't know anything about Dramimine at all. I have Tinitis in both ears I don't think there is a cure for that. Just live with it through the help of God.
That's what I've been doing for decades, most of my life. It seems the ringing has just gotten worse. I would like to know how good it feels not to have the ringing, for at least a little while before I leave this world. I did experience it for 9 days in my late 40's just before I started taking thyroid meds. I first went to the Emergency room and the doctor gave me a shot. I had to stay another 20 or 30 minutes before I could leave the hospital. The nurse was watching me, no negative reactions so I could go n just as I was leaving my ear stop ringing. I was surprised & shocked. I quickly & excitedly told the nurse, which didn't even know my ears were ringing. I asked what it was that the doctor gve me? I desperately needed to know! She told me, but I knew I needed to asked to write it down. Even said that to her,she didn't volunteer n I didn't asked.
Besides telling me the name, she also told me there's only one drug that's used for whatever condition I was in. Right after I seen my doctor I started taking thyroid meds & have been on it since. Only one drug that's given in a shot for this condition n my Doctor doesn't have a clue to what it was. The nurse said its something like they give to people that's going take a Cruise on either a ship/boat or flying. With me growing up I always got carsick especially on long trips & setting in backseat. Still do from time to time! Thank you so very much in responding to my question. God Bless
This drug is an over the counter drug not prescription. :(
I don't seem to notice it unless there is silence or if someone brings it to my attention like now writing about it otherwise it's just something that has to be lived with. It's much easier than the Neurolgia I have in my teeth to do that with.
Same here! Thank you so much for your reply. It's something we have to live with! I was told not to long back what a medical friend thought it was that the doctor gave me in a shot, while in the emergency room. The name starts with a "S". I'll have to find it in my notes. When I do, I'll give it to you. It's something that will help both of Us. I experienced No ringing for 9 days!! You'd think that what happened to me would be something already known by doctors/specialist. My thoughts & questions for the professionals... would be... Can this drug be something We can take on regular basics and or could it cure the Ringing altogether?? That emergency room visit was over 20 years ago. Wow.. how time flys. We become a custom to a lot of things. I had responded to Your reply not long after you sent it, but somehow I Lost it before I could send it to you. Having to use my phone and it jumps all over the place. Hope you're doing Well & God Bless ~
Oops... Not over 20 but almost 20.
