Yes it contains 7.5 mg. hydrocodone and 325 mg. acetaminophen.

Pill imprint IP 115 has been identified as Acetaminophen 325 mg and Hydrocodone Bitartrate 7.5 mg manufactured by Amneal Pharmaceuticals of New York, LLC.

Yes, that is a 7.5/750 generic vicodin, manufactured by Amneal Pharmaceuticals... don't see that one much though, but there are several hundred flavors of generic Vicodin out there.
