I have been taking the 5 mg daily for two weeks now and so far no continuous results. My daily takes three to four hours to set in and never peaks a full erection. The only side effect so far is mild flushing which disappears in an hour and it seems gradually altogether. I will continue for at least a month to be sure I am not quitting too soon, as the build-up of the drug in the body may differ a lot between users. I look forward to sharing more results.
I was taking 2mg (one daily Cialis). I found that it took several weeks for it to really take hold. Some people have reported it working in as little as 7-10 days. With the One a Day Cialis, honestly, I would expect 2-3 weeks to really notice the results.
I am not sure about the one time only pills (20, 40, 60, 100 mg etc)
I new to cialis, I had prostate surgery. Does Cialis help to gain an erection after surgery?
If i take 20mg it lasts 4 days with great results. I prefer to get the 5mg tablet and then take either 2 tabs (10mg) or 4 tabs (20mg) depending on how long i want it in my system. I also feel this gives me some flexibility and helps my tabs last longer as they are really expensive in my country.
My pharmacist tells me that there is now a generic for Cialis that provides more pills and the cost is significantly lower. Anyone know the name?
To my knowledge, generics are still only available in Canada. Be very careful when buying drugs from Canada, there a number of crooked mail order drug stores there. Always make sure the pharmacy you are looking at, displays the 'Pharmacy Checker' seal. You can also do a search for

The generic for Cialis is Tadalafil (I think)
The insurance company tried switching me to the cheaper “generic”, but it was just generic viagra. Cialis is still under patent and has no generic. Had primary write letter said viagra had side effects on me. Stay with cialis until there is generic.
I am new to cialis. I have used it 3 times. Each time it has been very very good. I need to contact my doctor to up my dose from 5mg to 10 mg.no scary side effects an a. the biggest side effect is cost, because my insurance does not cover it.
I find taking 10mg (2×5mg tabs) every second day works extremely well. 5mg daily dose did nothing for me. Perhaps try that. Alternatively 4x5mg tabs every 4 days for super strong performance.
Up to two hours later after ingest
For me, I have taken 3 doses. It starts to work approximately 30 minutes afterward.
Cialis (tadalafil) is a drug used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). It relaxes muscles of the blood vessels in the penis and increases blood flow which results in an erection.
You should take Cialis around 30 minutes before you plan to have sex. For Cialis to work you need to be sexually stimulated so take time for this.
The effects of Cialis may last for up to 36 hours . The fact that the effects are so long-lasting has resulted in it being referred to as “the weekend pill.” Many men like that they can take Cialis Friday night, and still experience its effects Sunday morning.
Cialis has two different treatment approaches. It may be taken on an as-needed basis, or it may be taken in a lower dosage on a daily basis. Taken on an as-needed basis, the typical dosage is 10 mg, though it is available in 20 mg and 5 mg doses if 10 mg turns out to be non-ideal. When taken as a daily regimen, the recommended dose is 2.5 mg. This can be increased to 5mg if necessary.
