Any harm? Also what gonna happen if it taken with one viagra 100 at the same time with Cialis??? Too much??? And how about taking one glass of wine with them!?
PS : No problem about heart staff and so on
What if one Cialis 20mg does not respond well, could it be taken double(2 pills)?

Hey shahin61,
The 20mg dose of Cialis is the maximum recommended dose, so do not take anymore than the 20 mgs without first consulting your doctor. As far as taking Viagra along with the Cialis especially at maximum dosages, I don't recommend this as it could cause a hypotensive event.
The consumption of alcohol with the Cialis or the Viagra has the following warning:
Based on known pharmacology of the drugs, patients taking PDE5 inhibitors such as Cialis and Viagra should probably avoid consuming large amounts of alcohol, which may increase the potential for orthostatic signs and symptoms, including increase in heart rate, decrease in standing blood pressure, dizziness, and headache.
One glass of wine should be fine but not if you can't keep the quantity minimal.
