Hi, Izera! 800mg/day IS the maximum dose for Seroquel but it's commonly prescribed and well within safety limits.
The good news is Seroquel has a half life of only about 5 hours so all of the drug should be out of your system within about 30 hours after you took the medication..
Lamictal can be dosed to a maximum of 500mg and desipramine 300mg.
You may continue to have a bit of a *hangover* but you should feel better tomorrow with no damage done.
