Hi, I think I accidentally took a double dose of my nightly 600mg of Seroquel XR. So I think I might've taken 1200mg. I really could not remember if I took it or not so I took it, but ever since I've been feeling sleepier than the medication usually makes me. I'm also anxious about maybe taking a double dose so that's not helping. Is 1200mg of Seroquel XR safe enough for me to stay home, get sleep, and not do it again?

A little late for this, but its over the max dose. When something happens like this you can always call poison control and ask them what to do. 1-800-222-1222. Get a weekly pill box then you'll know if you took it.

I think I used to be on 900 or 1200, sorry can't remember. But I'm sure you'll be fine. That being said, if it really concerns you and is causing you anxiety I would check with your pdoc.

So what was the end result here?
I take XR300mg nightly. Tonight I couldn't remember if I took it... do I took one to ensure sleep. 600mg total im sure I'll be fine.
Curious if you ended up figuring out how many you took and how your night/next day went.
I just filled my weekly pill container. So easy. So worth while.
