My bp med is metoprolol tartrates 50 mg. I take it 2 times a day. One in the morning and one after dinner. The doses were less than 6 hours apart. Do I need to worry. I just realized I did this.
I accidentally took double dose of metoprolol, do I need to worry?

Guess you know by now just go back to your regular dose and you must be very careful if this happens again I find a pill box from the pharmacy to avoid this happening again glad all is okay have a nice day. If you ever need a faster answer than what you get here call your doctor or Pharmacist and they well have all your records right there so you don't have to worry all day. Chuck1957 think about the pill box. makes things alot easier.

Thankyou chuck. I was feeling very faint and dizzy. I ended up calling my pharmacist and she told me the same. I appreciate your reply. I did buy a box so that should help further mix ups. I had placed to wrong bottle in my 2x a day section. Hope your day is well and thankyou again for your reply.
