What is Robitussin Cough Drop Almond Honey?
Robitussin Cough Drop Almond Honey (for use inside the mouth) is used to provide temporary relief from cough associated with a cold, minor irritation or sore throat in adults and children at least 5 years old.
Robitussin Cough Drop Almond Honey may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.
Robitussin Cough Drop Almond Honey side effects
Get emergency medical help if you have signs of an allergic reaction: hives, difficult breathing, swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.
Less serious side effects are more likely, and you may have none at all.

How should I use Robitussin Cough Drop Almond Honey?
Use exactly as directed on the label, or as prescribed by your doctor.
Allow the Robitussin Cough Drop Almond Honey to dissolve in your mouth without chewing.
Robitussin Cough Drop Almond Honey may be used once every 2 hours as needed.
Your dose needs may change if you switch to a different brand, strength, or form of this medicine. Avoid medication errors by using exactly as directed on the label, or as prescribed by your doctor.
Call your doctor if your sore throat is severe or continues for longer than 2 days, especially if you also have a fever, headache, skin rash, swelling, or nausea and vomiting. Stop using and call your doctor if you have a cough that does not improve after 7 days of treatment.
Store at room temperature away from moisture and heat.
What happens if I miss a dose?
Robitussin Cough Drop Almond Honey is used when needed. If you are on a dosing schedule, skip any missed dose. Do not use two doses at one time.

Seek emergency medical attention or call the Poison Help line at 1-800-222-1222.
