Who is eligible for the Ozempic Coupon Card?

You are eligible for the Ozempic $25 coupon if you have commercial or private insurance, a valid 3-month prescription for Ozempic (semaglutide), and live in the United States or its territories. The brand and the prescription being filled must be covered by the patient’s commercial insurance plan. If the entire cost of your prescription drug is eligible to be reimbursed by a commercial insurance plan, other commercial health, or pharmacy benefit programs, then this Ozempic coupon is not valid.

You are not eligible for an Ozempic coupon card if you are enrolled in Medicaid, Medicare, Medigap, VA, DOD, TRICARE, or any similar federal or state health care program with prescription drug coverage.

Ozempic Coupon Savings

With the Ozempic coupon, you may pay as little as $25, up to a maximum savings of $100 per 1-month prescription, $200 per 2-month prescription, and $300 per 3-month prescription. for a 3-month prescription, for up to 48 months from the date of Savings Offer activation. One Month has been defined as 28 days. To use the Ozempic coupon offer the patient must have a prescription for a 3-month supply, and the patient’s commercial insurance plan must provide coverage for a 3‑month fill.

Ozempic coupon no insurance - Patient Assistance Program (PAP)

If you are interested in an Ozempic coupon no insurance, then the patient assistance program (PAP) may interest you. The Patient Assistance Program provides medication at no cost to those who have Medicare or no insurance and qualify under their criteria which is:

  • Being a US citizen or legal resident
  • Your total household income is at or below 400% of the federal poverty level (FPL). You can check this at the Visit the NeedyMeds website (https://www.needymeds.org/poverty-guidelines-percents), which lists the current FPL guidelines.
  • You are not enrolled in or qualify for any other federal, state, or government program such as Medicaid, Low Income Subsidy, or Veterans Affairs (VA) Benefits
    • If you are eligible for Medicaid, you must sign the Patient Declaration section of the latest version of the PAP application stating that you are not enrolled in, plan to enroll in, or are eligible for Medicaid or Medicare Extra Help/LIS (proof of denial must be submitted if requested).

If you have private or commercial insurance, you are not eligible for the PAP.
