How to apply for and use the Imbruvica copay card?
You can apply for the Imbruvica copay card by signing up at the Imbruvica website or using the Drugs.com Price Guide. If you are eligible, you may pay as little as $0 for your prescription. Present your copay card to your pharmacist or provider to process your prescription and tell you your out-of-pocket costs.

To use the Imbruvica copay card, present your card, Member ID or other information on the card to your pharmacist or health plan representative who can process the prescription and let you know your out-of-pocket costs. The card is provided by Pharmacyclics, an AbbVie Company.
A program known as Imbruvica By Your Side provides support to help you succeed on your prescribed treatment plan. Insurance specialists can help answer questions related to insurance benefits, costs, and how you might be able to save money on Imbruvica treatment.
Registered nurses are also available to help answer questions from the Imbruvica By Your Side program. They can provide tips for caregivers, as well as information related to a medical condition, drug treatment and side effects, but they do not provide individual medical advice.

How do I know if I am eligible?
To determine if you are eligible, you will need to provide some personal information such as your name, date of birth, contact information, your insurance type and whether you or someone you care for has been prescribed Imbruvica. When you apply and are approved, you will be enrolled in the program and receive a Member ID that will allow you to access your card.
The Imbruvica copay card is eligible for use for people who have commercial or private insurance, such as insurance from an employer or purchased through the Health Insurance Marketplace.
The card has a maximum monthly and yearly benefit, based on a calendar year. These benefits may change at any time. To learn more about restrictions or maximum amounts of assistance that can be provided, call the Imbruvica Copay Card Program at 1-855-332-6210 for additional information. The Imbruvica Copay Card is not a type of health insurance.

What if I have Medicare?
People with Medicare, Medicaid, TriCare, Medigap, VA or other federal, state or government-sponsored insurance are not eligible to use the Imbruvica copay card.
Patients in the U.S. receiving coverage through Medicare may be eligible to receive AbbVie medicines at no cost through myAbbVie Assist. Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. To learn more about this program call myAbbVie Assist at 1-800-222-6885.
