Using naloxone together with methylnaltrexone may increase the risk of opioid withdrawal. Symptoms may include sweating, tearing, runny nose, chills, diarrhea, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, anxiety, insomnia, irritability, restlessness, and yawning.
