Although this medicine is not commonly prescribed in the US, it's available in my country, and with three times a day administration, it did increase libido and anorgasmia. For Sexual Dysfunction, SSRI Induced "I suffered a prolonged medication-induced erection twice in one week. They were both so painful that I had to go to the ER to have my erection surgically drained. An awful and embarrassing experience altogether, especially while two pretty nurses checked me in to be seen and giggled. I had recently been prescribed trazodone for sleep. Yohimbine for Erectile Dysfunction "I was foaming out of my mouth, nearly vomiting, anxiety and physical discomfort were at their worst, I could not urinate even though I had to, I had severe hunger, and I was in this condition for several hours. For Erectile Dysfunction "I tried yohimbine for ED, and all I got was a rash, could not sleep. I was always wanting water, no matter how much I drank. My lips swelled up and were covered with an itch that drove me crazy. I had a severe breakout. I did fine the first week and had a great sex drive and all, but it was not worth it. I am still taking allergy meds to clear up the breakout a week later."

For Sexual Dysfunction, SSRI Induced "I took Lexapro and it took away my libido and never got it back even after discontinuing the medication. This helped a lot, maybe too well. I take a GNC extract which is 500 mg of yohimbine bark and 9-ish mg of the Yohimbe alkaloid itself. While it did cause extra salivation, it was a plus in my book because I also take Adderall, which makes my mouth super dry. I find the effects to be manageable. I could take one and go to sleep, probably because I'm used to stimulants. Overall, great stuff! If you have ED, try it out. Couldn't hurt to try!"

Yohimbine "Using for BPH. Start at a low dose. Adjust to tolerance. No adverse effects so far, helps with dry mouth. No urinary retention and seems to help with this. Doesn't adversely affect my sleep. Use yohimbine hydrochloride, not the raw bark, as it likely will have more adverse side effects. Still testing it, use with caution and always start with a low dose!"

For Erectile Dysfunction "I take half of what the bottle says. I still use clonazepam to relieve anxiety after the sex. DO NOT TAKE TOO MUCH. You will regret it. Now the good part. I take it with sildenafil. I take it an hour before the sildenafil. The effect is unreal. I try to tell my partner as I orgasm, but it’s so intense I cannot speak. We laugh about that. It makes sildenafil work better, and the intense orgasm makes a man in his 70s shoot 3 ft. in distance and 3 tablespoons of cum. But if I didn’t have clonazepam, I couldn’t stand the anxiety that continues for hours."
