For Dry Eye Disease "Just started it. The sneezing is annoying, but the sore throat is worse. It lasts all day. Didn't take the second dose until 24 hours later as I didn't want the sore throat to become worse. It comes on within minutes of using the spray. Will continue using it in hopes sore throat eventually subsides. My dry eye is the result of brain surgery, so maybe not typical dry eye disease."

For Dry Eye Disease "Years of suffering with severe dry eye. I was using the ointment at night and lots of drops during the day. After about 3 months of use, I would say that Tyrvaya helps, but is not a complete 'cure' for dry eye, especially at night. It is the best medicine that I have used so far, however. The bottle spraying mechanism needs work. You don't always get a good spray, and at the cost of the medication, it should spray every time."

For Dry Eye Disease "I believe Tyrvaya works, however, I have extreme difficulty getting the sprayer to work. I have to work very hard at getting one spray to come out and rest on the nasal wall. This is very frustrating since I have to try and try again until I finally succeed a minute or so later."

For Dry Eye Disease "I have had dry eye disease for years and Tyrvaya is the only product that has ever helped me. I could feel a difference and improvement right away and have continued using it for over 2 years now. It is still as effective as it was before. Minutes after administering it, I can feel my eyes being bathed in tears, and just knowing I am using my body’s mechanics to make my own tears makes me feel more confident in using it more and more. It has been a game-changer in my visual acuity and has helped me stay in contact lenses."

For Dry Eye Disease "Very good experience. You must be careful to follow directions as it will burn like pepper otherwise. But for the two weeks I tried a sample, I had much less dry eyes, itching, and redness. I wish my insurance would cover it."

For Dry Eye Disease "The doctor gave me a sample and it worked great almost immediately, but unfortunately, I can't afford the $600 co-pay for 30 days with my Medicare drug plan. It cleared up my blurred vision and I no longer woke up with a pain in my eye. Because of the cost, I guess I will go back to the issues when the sample runs out."

For Dry Eye Disease "I've been using this for 2 months and it has definitely helped more than the other dry eye RXs I've tried. It's expensive, but go to the Tyrvaya website for savings. If your doctor will submit a prior authorization and it's approved, you can pay $10 a month. Read and follow the directions exactly to help cut out burning throat and side effects. The one complaint is you're supposed to tilt the bottle practically sideways to hit the side nostril with spray. When the bottle is almost empty, you can't get the med to spray because of how far you have to tilt. You can get the 2 weeks per bottle use, but the bottle has enough for more, about a week more. But almost impossible to get it to spray. They dispense 2 bottles per month. Each bottle holds 2 weeks or more."

For Dry Eye Disease "I switched from Xiidra because of the nasty taste that wouldn't go away. I dropped Restasis because it raised my blood pressure. Tyrvaya has helped me feel less irritation in my eyes. Frequently after dosing, I do sneeze or cough, but that passes quickly. At times I get an effect - a weird feeling like powder entered my throat, but it's over in a minute or so. It's worth the random inconvenience. Learning the correct application is not too bad either: prime bottle, tilt head back, aim for ear top, tongue on roof of mouth, don't touch nasal wall."

For Dry Eye Disease "It is easy to use and seems to work well. However, each time (twice) I started the medication, my mouth has broken out really bad inside and out. I have stopped it at this time."
