"My daughter has been on Omnitrope for less than a year. She has cried each night when we give her injections because the injection device administers the medication so slowly. We called the company and received a new pen injection device but are still having the same issue. The representative that I spoke with when I inquired about getting a new pen did say that our issue was a common complaint. We are in the process of switching to Norditropin."
