For Organ Transplant, Rejection Prophylaxis "Have been using sirolimus 2 mg every day for 20 years now, since 2005, following a liver transplant. Has been great with no obvious side effects, unless possibly diarrhea on occasion. Just about every medicine can cause diarrhea. I would not be comfortable trying any other substitute when I am so pleased with this medicine."

For Organ Transplant, Rejection Prophylaxis "Since starting the medication, I have multiple episodes of constipation followed by diarrhea. Often there is bloating and lots of gas. The medicine is really rough on your stomach. Use with caution."
