For Erectile Dysfunction "I started having trouble getting and maintaining an erection so I asked my doctor about the problem. He prescribed Viagra, and it works great. One hour after taking 50mg, I get a beautiful erection, sensitivity is good, climax is wonderful. My wife loves it and climaxes every time, sometimes twice. For Erectile Dysfunction "Viagra has been an absolute miracle for me. For a while before I started taking it, I was having trouble getting and maintaining strong erections. The best I could manage was a 'semi' where my penis would get to around 60% hardness. Erectile dysfunction is difficult to deal with for men of any age, especially so when you are in your 20s (I'm 24) and are supposed to be at your peak sexually. I'm using the 25mg Pfizer tablets, and they work amazingly well. No side effects. I now have very strong and rock hard erections. I'm a much happier and relaxed man now. For Erectile Dysfunction "My husband suffers from erectile dysfunction occasionally, which is mainly due to his anxiety. He was prescribed Viagra and takes 12.5mg with water and on an empty stomach. After about 1 hour, he gets a great erection which lasts for about 45 minutes. This is great for both of us. The side effects he experiences are a mild headache and nasal congestion, which lasts for about 6 hours. For Erectile Dysfunction "Viagra was found to work for me after 2 hours and lasts up to 16 hours. It is better to take it half an hour before dinner so it can digest before you eat and doesn't get mixed with food for better results. At first, I took it 30 minutes before scheduled intercourse, and nothing happened. Later, I experienced good results when taken before dinner at night. The timing can be flexible, as it lasts for 6 hours according to the manufacturer, but for me, it's up to 26 hours. For Erectile Dysfunction "All I can say is thanks to my doctor for Viagra! I'm only 48 but had been suffering occasional issues with not getting or keeping an erection, and it was becoming an issue. As any man knows... once you think too much about how important it is to get the erection, it's not going to stay or happen! For Sexual Dysfunction, SSRI Induced "Because it's VERY expensive and 25, 50, and 100 mg pills all cost the same, I cut 100 mg pills into 4 pieces, though not with total accuracy. 25 mg is enough for me. For me, it begins to take effect in about 30 minutes and is fully effective by about 40 minutes. The effect lasts for at least 2 hours, and I experience no side effects. I suppose if I wanted it to last longer, I could take another 25 mg since I'd still be at only 1/2 of the maximum recommended dosage, which is 100 mg. It gives me an extra hard erection. I don't use Viagra every time, though. There are pill cutters available, which make it easier to cut pills."

For Erectile Dysfunction "I'm 71 and have been using Viagra or sildenafil for about a year. It is a wonderful drug, but getting the dosage right is critical. I can still get an erection without help, but it had become a bit unreliable. I started off taking half a 50 mg tablet. It certainly worked, but I felt it was just a bit too much. I now cut the tablet into 4 and find a quarter of a tablet makes all the difference and barely gives me any side effects. The half-tablet dose was too much for me. It gave a very strong erection but reduced the sensations and gave me a slight headache. So I reckon it's worth experimenting to find the minimum dose you can get away with. (NB the low dose works better on a reasonably empty stomach)"
