For Erectile Dysfunction "Healthy, robust 53-year-old here... 50 mg works great but on an empty stomach. Slower and less effective on top of food. Reaction within 30 minutes, with better erections up to 9 hours later. Side effects: nasal congestion, flushing, fullness in head, eye pressure, sometimes increased heart rate and respiration. Nonetheless, I was given a prescription by my doc for this, and for me, 100 mg is the right dose. I can achieve an erection but have at times a problem keeping it, so this medicine will allow me to complete the act and enjoy it for a few too without orgasming too quick.
