For Erectile Dysfunction "I'm 71 and have used ED drugs now for 15 years. Last year, when the drug companies raised and jacked the price of a 100 MG Viagra tablet up to $50, I went looking for alternatives. I found Revalto was the exact same drug as Sildenafil Citrate, only in 20 MG tablets, so I talked to my doctor, and he wrote me a prescription for 10 of them, which only cost me $3.25. I had been taking the 100 MG Viagra, so I took 5 of the 20 MG tablets the first time I tried them, and that worked like magic again. Over the past year, I've found out that 3 of those 20 MG tablets work fine, and the only difference I see is they work MUCH FASTER (20 minutes for me), so adjust your 'session' accordingly! And 3 of those only cost 95 cents!!! ;-)"

For Erectile Dysfunction "I have been taking sildenafil for about 2 months. I have tried to follow all the instructions. The first time I tried 40 mgs and got a fairly good erection, firm but not really hard. Then I went up to 60 mgs, about the same results, maybe less. Viagra (sildenafil) for Sexual Dysfunction, SSRI Induced "Because it's VERY expensive and 25, 50, and 100 mg pills all cost the same, I cut 100 mg pills into 4 pieces, though not with total accuracy. 25 mg is enough for me. For me, it begins to take effect in about 30 minutes and is fully effective by about 40 minutes. The effect lasts for at least 2 hours, and I experience no side effects. I suppose if I wanted it to last longer, I could take another 25 mg since I'd still be at only 1/2 of the maximum recommended dosage, which is 100 mg. It gives me an extra hard erection. I don't use Viagra every time, though. There are pill cutters available, which make it easier to cut pills."

The issue I have is maintaining it, then it became a psychological problem. I've been on this amazing drug now for over a year, and it works very well for me. I'm only 48 but had been suffering occasional issues with not getting or keeping an erection, and it was becoming an issue. As any man knows... once you think too much about how important it is to get the erection, it's not going to stay or happen! For Erectile Dysfunction "I'm 64 years old and never needed any help in bed, but recently things have taken a downturn. When I mentioned it to my doctor, he was quick to prescribe Viagra to be taken one hour before needed. The pharmacist suggested sildenafil 100mg instead as a cheaper brand with the same characteristics and effect. It does absolutely nothing. Took one at 21:40, jumped in the shower, shaved, manicured, went to bed, and followed a bit of Facebook with my wife; started massaging her, but at 12 midnight still nothing. Viagra (sildenafil) for Erectile Dysfunction "I'm 71 and have been using Viagra or sildenafil for about a year. It is a wonderful drug, but getting the dosage right is critical. I can still get an erection without help, but it had become a bit unreliable. I started off taking half a 50 mg tablet. It certainly worked, but I felt it was just a bit too much. I now cut the tablet into 4 and find a quarter of a tablet makes all the difference and barely gives me any side effects. The half-tablet dose was too much for me. It gave a very strong erection but reduced the sensations and gave me a slight headache. So I reckon it's worth experimenting to find the minimum dose you can get away with. (NB the low dose works better on a reasonably empty stomach)"

For Erectile Dysfunction "Tried sildenafil for the first time this weekend for ED. It has a tendency to make an outgoing personality not so much. It did not make me rock hard at 60 mg. I'm thinking it should have. The next day, I did 20 mg and then later that evening, 40 mg more. Each evening, I had trouble getting to sleep. The second evening, I had to get out of bed due to the side effects. Honestly, I really thought I might be dying. It made me feel extremely thirsty with dry mouth symptoms, made me feel like I had to sit on the toilet for about an hour, and I had what is described as a flush, which was the complete body sweat coming over me. I decided to start Viagra (Sildenafil) 60 mg in June 2020, and it worked well. Within two hours, it started working, and that goes up to four hours. No major side effects.
