For Diabetes, Type 2 "Major nauseous ebbs and flows. Extremely bad fatigue off and on. More along the lines of exhaustion. No weight loss. I’m on a pretty high dose, 1.5, and am only about 15lbs overweight. Diabetes type 2 most of my life, so this is a great drug. Hopefully, the next generation of these drugs will have fewer side effects for some of us. The nausea and fatigue are pretty overwhelming some days. A1c has improved, so I will stay on until something better comes along.."

For Diabetes, Type 2 "I started Ozempic in January 2022. First week, I had extreme diarrhea with blood and mucus (always constipated before this). Endocrinologist told me he didn’t think it was Ozempic but I went off it. Diarrhea, etc continued. Ended up having to get a colonoscopy and was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. Endocrinologist wanted to put me back on Ozempic. We figured the diarrhea, etc was just the colitis. Started it back up five weeks ago. No diarrhea, back to constipation, nauseous every day, extreme fatigue. Also now diagnosed with Retinal Vasculitis. But my inflammatory markers are high. Not sure if this all started because of Ozempic. Just increased to 0.5 mg today so I we will see. It just seems like an odd coincidence. No appetite but no weight loss either. Hair loss but could be from colitis."

For Cardiovascular Risk Reduction "I used this medicine for 3 months to help me loose an excess weight of 30 lbs. I lost 10 lbs. Initially, I had a few side effects. Nausea and indigestion. But the third month, I felt really sick. I asked for blood tests because I was so exhausted. My blood tests were perfect. The indigestion and heart aches got worse. Eventually it became unbearable. I'm burnt out so it just made my condition worse. Zombie. For people who support it well it's great. But if you have a digestive sensitivity, it's at your own risk. I last used the medicine 10 days ago and I still have digestive problems and heart aches, as well as fatigue. But the fatigue was present before the use of this drug. I lost 10 pounds out of 30 pounds in a month and a half. Then I didn't lose any more and I continue to be careful. The drug works for 7 days, so it's been 10 days. It is completely eliminated from our body after 5 weeks. It is especially the fatigue that causes me problems. But it's normal when you're still in indigestion."

For Diabetes, Type 2 "Was on Ozempic 1 mg for 3 months. Had no issues or side effects. Dr. switched me to Ozempic 2 mg. Took the first dose yesterday. On day 2, I have experienced nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, and fatigue. Symptoms are similar to stomach flu. Hopefully, this is just acclimation to a higher dose and I will try again next week. If it happens again, I will lower the dose to 1.5 mg and then back to 1 mg if necessary."

For Diabetes, Type 2 "After 4-6 weeks, I still suffer various levels of intensities of nausea, but short-lived diarrhea, plenty of burping, and fatigue that is often overwhelming. Some days, no problems. I manage the symptoms by enduring until they ease up, or I may choose to seek fast relief using what's available. Its benefits are now close to 'tight control' and significant weight loss (overcoming the stagnant plateau of a period of weight loss)."

For Diabetes, Type 2 "I have started Ozempic 7 weeks ago and my blood glucose is much better controlled. I saw the difference after the 2nd day on my glucose level and on how I felt (less fatigue, lower appetite). I only had some mild to moderate nausea at the beginning, no other side effect. It is very easy to use, no pain at all. I am very satisfied with Ozempic, it is very effective and it helps in losing weight, which also contributes to a better glycemic level."

For Diabetes, Type 2 "I’m in my second month of Ozempic. The first dose level (.25 mg) wasn’t difficult. I felt good, with minimal nausea, mostly fatigued and gassy. Moved up to 0.5 mg 3 days ago and oh boy, nausea ++ heartburn ++ have vomited twice. Holding out because I had been running with very high blood sugars due to poor diet and med compliance, peeing every 2 seconds, and drinking the well dry but now I sleep all night, have to remind myself to drink so those are the symptoms I prefer. I feel lighter and my clothes feel looser, haven’t weighed myself yet."

For Diabetes, Type 2 "At eight weeks my blood sugar was in non-diabetic range. I also take metformin. Only a weight loss of 5 to 10 pounds. Doctor increased from 0.5 ml to 1 ml. Now experiencing rapid weight loss. Significant suppression of hunger. Experiencing rapid heartbeat at any activity, like walking to the kitchen, also extreme fatigue. This may be due to a preexisting condition. Will see doctor about the fatigue in 7 days. Very aware of stomach digesting food very slowly. I feel like I have a brick in my stomach, but do not find it painful, just unusual. Very acidic stomach resulting in GERD. Treated with Tums. Since increasing dosage I desire very, very little food without complaint."
