For Vitamin/Mineral Supplementation during Pregnancy/Lactation "Love this prenatal. Soft pill and easy to swallow. Can take at any time of the day and on an empty stomach. Thought in the beginning it was making me nauseous, but had to be just my morning sickness, because once I hit my second trimester, it ended immediately. Haven't experienced any fishy-like taste like the other comments suggest. Paying $25 a month after insurance, so not terribly expensive. All in all, I would highly recommend it."

Since I have been taking Neevo, my blood sugar has been better than ever. I was told it may help reduce my blood sugar levels and it definitely has. I take Neevo when I wake up, and it gives me a boost of energy all day long. I have felt really good the past week and am excited to continue taking Neevo due to this drastic change! I would highly recommend getting a prescription for Neevo. It is definitely worth the money, and I feel it is the smartest thing I have done yet to try and have a healthy pregnancy. I have not had any side effects and feel the pill is easy to swallow. Other prenatals I have taken had a 'chalky' taste, but not Neevo."

Multivitamin, prenatal for Vitamin/Mineral Supplementation during Pregnancy/Lactation "Don't let the negative reviews deter you from trying if you can. I know everyone is different, but this is the third prenatal vitamin I've taken. I started with one I purchased outside the U.S. when I first found out I was pregnant and had no issues. At my first prenatal visit, I was given samples of a different prescription prenatal vitamin in tablet form, and from the start, it upset my stomach to the point of almost throwing up immediately after taking it. I was running to the bathroom, chugging water, and on the third day, even after taking it with a full bottle of water, I couldn't keep it down, so I called my doctor's office and they prescribed Vitafol Ultra. As soon as I saw the capsules, they looked near identical to the first vitamin I took without issues, and after taking it, I haven't gotten that horrible instant nauseated feeling anymore."

For Vitamin/Mineral Supplementation during Pregnancy/Lactation "I am 16 weeks pregnant. Since I started taking Vitafol, I was suffering for 4 months with a cough, chest tightness, and wheezing. I was seen so many times by doctors because I couldn't breathe. I was treated with many antibiotics, steroids, and inhalers to treat what they called 'respiratory infection,' 'acute bronchitis,' but nothing was curing or helping my symptoms. When I went to see my PMD finally, in the hope he would figure out how to help me, I found out I was having a severe allergic reaction to Vitafol prenatal vitamins. The minute I stopped taking them, I felt better, not 100% yet, still with some cough, but I can breathe!!!!!"

I mean all-day nausea that makes me not have any appetite. I decided not to take it for like a day or two, and my nausea subsided, but I felt a little dizzy as if my iron was low. For Vitamin/Mineral Supplementation during Pregnancy/Lactation "When I started to take the vitamins, I eat a little more on the side. In the first few days, I had an upset stomach, nausea, and even vomiting (I could hardly vomit generally, but the drug made me). Then I started to take them every other day, but still, I was having stomach problems. Finally, I stopped taking them for 2 weeks, and I feel I am exhausted as the baby got all my body nutrients. I started to feel tired, sleepy, and overall not well. Now I eat little by little and take the vitamin again every other day. Still, I feel constipation, but I try to drink lots of water to absorb the vitamin, and I feel better. Also, try to bite it and then swallow (I know it is disgusting), it may help to absorb it easier."
