For Nasal Congestion "I take the 24-hour CVS brand (Claritin-D) ONLY when I'm really bad congested. And I also get post-nasal drip when my allergies act up. It works 100 percent, clears up my nose and stops the post-nasal drip. Also helps with my headache too, I get from my allergies acting up. I definitely experience the jitters and dry mouth. I have an anxiety disorder, so that's the part I don't like because the jitters make me feel more anxious. It does not affect my sleep like I read it does others. I take it every blue moon, only when I'm really bad congested. I can handle the side effects."

For Allergic Rhinitis "I will say it worked well for my stuffy and runny nose from AR… but it’s kind of impossible to sleep when I’m taking this, even if I take it first thing in the morning. I also get super nauseous and shaky from it, and almost felt ready to pass out a few times. The dizziness is a bit too scary for me, lol. I’d say stick to the 12-hour version or just skip the pseudoephedrine if you feel like this too."

For Allergic Rhinitis "OMG, this is the worst. Helped the foggy head, but the side effects are not worth it. Headache, shaking, dry mouth, trouble with deep breath. Still have hours before this wears off. Any worse and I am off for urgent care."

For Allergic Rhinitis "The worst medicine ever tried, shaking, anxiety, heart palpitations, insomnia. Regular Claritin is much better, the pseudoephedrine is a dangerous drug."
