"I take 25mg Vyvanse for my Asperger's, and I have to say it is highly beneficial. It helps make social interactions easier for me. It also improves my attention, mood, and hyperness. I highly recommend it to anyone who has Asperger's or ADHD."

Lisdexamfetamine "I have a 22-year-old Asperger syndrome son who has been taking Vyvanse for about 6 months now, and it has been wonderful. He is able to focus much more easily. I also have an 18-year-old daughter without Asperger syndrome that takes it for A.D.D. She tells me she noticed the difference in her ability to focus in about 3 doses. She is starting her second year of Fashion School, and she is maintaining a B average for all 5 of her classes. Wonderful medication without any harmful side effects. Wish we had it sooner."

"Well, I've been on many medications throughout my life for Asperger syndrome and ADHD, and this particular one has been the most effective. I'd say Vyvanse and Strattera are the best medications for treating ADHD symptoms. So give Vyvanse a shot! Be patient with it too. It takes time finding the right medication. I also have low dopamine, and the main thing that Vyvanse does is it increases the amount of neurotransmitters in the brain, such as dopamine and norepinephrine, so that is a huge plus for me."

"I'm a 40-year-old male with Asperger's and ADHD - PI type. This is a serious game-changer for me. I am more friendly towards people, motivated, focused, and less anxious overall. It's like steroids for my executive function. I do have to take quite a lot though as smaller doses actually make me tired, and it doesn't last the entire day. I take 60mg twice daily at 6:30 am and 2:00 pm; 120mg in total daily (I'm around 215 lbs/98 kg), which causes hypertension and a rapid pulse rate that necessitates additional medications. It's worth it to me, and I will use it for as long as I'm able."

"All these drugs are new male big money since the nineties, kill your brain, are antipsychotics, M.H. category, and only shit for brains would prescribe this for everyone. Who does a slow or fast death ending up with shit for brains, the same as the prescriber! It's a tricyclic antidepressant antipsychotic! Take that wastebasket diagnosis and you're finished, they will haul you off for more money and insurance, giving you any of their nut treatments now. Stop it, fight it, forcefully integrate yourself, educate yourself, be sensitive, love yourself to the max, get beautiful, stay with beautiful people. They put you on the wrong track and another track. Prejudiced. Look at how many minorities are labeled and killed off. Drugs like that are useless but money maker standards."

"Been on Elvanse 30 mg for 3 months after having adult ADHD added as a diagnosis. It's the only drug-based treatment that's worked and not caused issues like forgetting my dose or putting it off. By 'worked,' I mean it reduces the negatives of ASD/ADHD comorbidity, without any desire to misuse this or any other drug! It's given me a total aversion to cannabis, which I used to self-medicate with, as for drink, it reduces my intake a lot as I can keep count of each pint (or half). My oppositional defiance has reduced from outright awful anti-social behavior to minor naughtiness, which I can work on. I eat less sugary snacks and fast food is once in a blue moon! Finally (and this is the best part), I am easier to get along with, and my family is no longer afraid of me! It's not often I agree with big pharma, but since its prodrug form requires patience and can't be thwarted/abused by crushing, chewing, or other stupid means of misuse, thank you Shire and thank you NHS!!!"
