"This is my first time taking any kind of birth control pill. My boyfriend and I had sex on my last day of ovulation and we weren't sure if he came inside. Thankfully, I found a local online shop that sells them when I google searched (where I'm from, the pill is not easily accessible). So I bought it and took it about 25 hours after intercourse. I didn't experience much side-effects right after taking it apart from a light headache but as my expected period date came closer, I felt a little more nauseous than usual. I had to wait another week++ for my period to arrive and it was the most anxious I've been since the symptoms I felt could've easily been symptoms for pregnancy (even if these were the usual things I felt before my period). 2-3 days before my expected period date, I was having brown discharge and finally I got my period one day late. Whether or not he even came inside, I'm glad I had the option to take this pill. Everyone is different but this definitely worked for me."

"I'm 39 and my last period was on 12/14/16. My cycle is usually 27 days and always on time. Had unprotected sex once this month on the 17th day of my cycle which shows 2 days after ovulation (Dec 30th 5am). He pulled out. Wasn't sure about taking a MAP but took the "my way" pill anyway on Jan 2nd (lil over 72 hrs) for my own sanity. I've been crampy, clear discharge w/white strings (sorry tmi), gassy, felt slight nausea. EP was yesterday 1/10, so i'm 1 day late. I plan on testing on 1/13. I will post results. I read that it could be up to 48-56 days before I see a period with negative tests. Paranoid."

"My Way worked for me as emergency contraception. To help other users decide if this right for them, here is so information about my situation: I regularly take B.C. pills Ortho-Novum 1/35. This month, I messed up the first week of my pack. I missed Tues, had unprotected sex on Wed, but then missed Thurs too. (I made up the missed pills according to pack instructions.) Technically, that was two missed pills in the first week following my period so I took My Way on Friday afternoon because there was the risk for pregnancy. I continued the rest of the pack normally. I did not experience any side effects unlike with Plan B One Step. My period came one day late during the placebo pills (week 4 of the pack). I am 24, 4'11" and under 90 lbs."

"I took My Way 7 days ago. I had a week of anger and tears, my breasts swelled didn’t fit in my bras. Breasts went down yesterday, I felt calmer. But tonight they're painful/swollen again. I’ve been pregnant before & I remember vividly noticing breast changes, but I doubt in the 1st week. . It nearly always throws off your expected period, so expect that. It does NOT cause miscarriage from “chemicals”. It contains a very high dose of hormones, 1.5 mg, this major side effects. Please read up on it. And track your cycle!"

"The most stressful time of my life. I wish I found this page early on to help me cope. So, a month ago, I had unprotected sex and a few hours after that, I took the My Way pill for the first time. Long story short, I started spotting 7 days before my periods (which has never happened before), 7 days during my periods (just spotting instead of periods), and 7 days during my ovulation cycle (which has never happened before either). After a week of no blood, I got another week of 5 days of spotting, and on the 6th day, my periods finally started, and I’ve never been this relieved in my life. So, I was literally not one day, not one week, but one month late on my periods. I took so many pregnancy tests, and all of them turned out to be negative every single time while having every single pregnancy symptom I read about. Morning sickness, sensitivity to smell, hunger, cravings, tiredness, sore breasts, mood swings, back pain… you name it, I had it all. What crazy side effects."

"This is our story with My Way pill. You probably looking for a review that is worth reading right? Don't worry I tell you that me and my girl had unprotected sex due to the condom breaking and I finish all inside her. It was before her ovulation phase, since sperm can live 5 days inside. I was so scared I was nowhere near to be a father I'm only 19 going college. The next day we bought the my way pill since it was cheaper before the 24 hours window. It was a month of hellish waiting for her period but I trusted the pill. In her month she showed no signs no spotting, no dizziness and no common side effects that my way user's might experience. After a month we got scared because her period did not came at exact date she was told too by our app. She was delayed for 4 days and experienced hard flow. It was a hellish month but trust the pill. Research for its symptoms and effectiveness. I recommend to keep track of your ovulation phase too, to help prevent pregnancy. TRUST THE PILL! try not to stress!"

"I got my period just recently and had sex with my boyfriend. Unfortunately, the condom broke and happened to get inside me. I'm only 20 years old and can't afford to have a baby. My boyfriend and I searched online and found a place that was selling the morning-after pill. In the country I live in these kinds of drugs are very rare to find, so I was glad I found one. I took the pill three hours after having been with my boyfriend. Before taking these pills we had done some research on how it works, also found here a review that made me not feel stressed out about taking this. Five days after taking the pill I got plenty of symptoms that were similar to having my period, then in the morning, I got my period. My period was earlier, I actually just finished my period recently around 7 days ago. On the second day, my period was heavier but I wouldn't be surprised since this is one of the things that could happen."

"If you’re reading these reviews you’re probably just as nervous as I was. As you’ve heard before, everyone reacts to emergency contraceptives differently but I do have to say that I had NO problems with this pill. I took the pill approximately 42 hours after unprotected sex. I was very worried because I read the reviews and was hoping I wouldn’t end up pregnant. It WORKS! I had zero side effects. I recommend this pill. Lastly, do not worry!"

"Sharing my experience with this drug. This was my first time and I took it last Dec 10, had some bleeding 7 days later - not sure if it was period but I think its just bleeding from the pill since it was not as long as my regular period. I took a pregnancy test a week after that and came out negative. I was suppose to get my period on the 27th but it didn’t come. 4 weeks later, I still don’t have my period. Because of the stress, I’ve been taking weekly pregnancy tests which were all negative results. I didn't get the worse symptoms but I did notice my breast got swollen, my stomach was bloated, and slight cramps. Thankfully, yesterday (Jan 23, 11pm), I got my period! I waited until today to make sure if it's my period and not just bleeding. The flow is very different and event the color of blood. So yeah, I do recommend but if you are sexually active, highly recommended to have a birth control plan. For anyone reading this, hopefully, you'll be fine!"
