For Condylomata Acuminata "So far, a bit of side effects on me. Now I used Aldara cream for 2 weeks, and my anal warts are going. Hopefully, they all cleared after 4 weeks. The side effects on me when I first started using Aldara are very itchy and a bit dizzy. I take all this for the sake of my anus. I had so many warts in my anus when I started Aldara, and it really works. Thank you, Aldara cream."

For Human Papilloma Virus "Used this Aldara cream on my penis for HPV condylomas. Worked great for what it had to do, one week and there was nothing anymore. However, I felt important systemic effects on me, like I went through depression, had great anxiety, insomnia, fatigue, very poor concentration, and complete absence of motivation even days after stopping the treatment."

For Human Papilloma Virus "Outbreak of multiple GW around my anus. Struggling to cope with this. Have now been using Aldara for 3 weeks - 8 applications. Don't feel any particular side effects other than area a bit tender and sometimes a bit of an itch. Unfortunately, I don't feel there has been any difference, and I'm concerned it might be getting worse. I will persevere, and I'm seeing the Dr. again next week. As yet, not the miracle treatment I was hoping for."

For Human Papilloma Virus "I had a wart on my penis, which the doctor froze, and it disappeared. Later, I noticed I had some warts around my anus. I went to the doctor, mortified, and was prescribed Aldara cream. I used it as prescribed, three times, and noticed some pain after the first week but didn't think much of it. I went back to the doctor for a check-up, and I was prescribed further Aldara cream. The pain afterward was agony. I had headaches and chemical burning to the point that I couldn't sit down for days. I stopped using the cream and bathed in Epsom salt and used Aloe Vera. Subsequently, I have continued to bathe in Epsom salt and used tea tree oil. Although slow, it works. Do NOT use Aldara cream if you can avoid it, natural remedies are better and no pain!"

For Human Papilloma Virus "I've had genital warts for the past 5 months. All the remedies I got online never worked, the apple cider vinegar would only work while I'm using it, but once I stopped, they come back and continue to spread. I went and got a prescription for Aldara. Trust me, I only applied it once, and my warts were completely gone. I was advised to apply it once every 2nd day of the week, but I was shocked at how quick that was. I'm continuing to use it just for the duration, as I was told. I completely recommend Aldara cream, it works wonders, and you’ll get your sex MOJO back!"

For Human Papilloma Virus "The cream works wonders, but I've had terrible side effects after application, more so after the 2nd/3rd weekly application. Banging headaches, nausea, and flu-like aches. I guess it's a small price to pay to get rid of the warts, but gosh, I really felt terrible!"

For Condylomata Acuminata "Four weeks and my warts are pretty much gone! Yes, you have to be incredibly patient, and it can be incredibly uncomfortable, but it does what it says. Key things I noticed - inflammation, red, raw, and cold-like symptoms. Always felt fatigued the next day during weeks 2-3. But I really saw a difference from week 3 to week 4. Noticed I have some internal warts that I don’t think are appropriate for Aldara, so getting those frozen off, but the combination I think is great. I would use this again - especially if I catch them early and they don’t morph into anything bigger. Unfortunately, I was traveling, so I let them grow quite considerably."

For Human Papilloma Virus "Have been using Aldara for the past 3 weeks, and it is finally starting to work. Had a cluster of warts on the bottom side of my penis head (under foreskin) that has been ruining my sex life for years. I honestly never thought I would get rid of them. After 3 weeks of use, the warts are now 60% gone, and I can see improvements each day. The first 2 weeks I saw no change, so stick with it! It does work! I have only had minor side effects. But I also only applied a very little amount and ONLY on the warts. VERY happy with the results!"

"I've been on it for 7 weeks - first 5 weeks 2x/week last 2 weeks 3x/week. In the beginning, it definitely was the most itchy and uncomfortable, and I also started getting eczema on my fingers. I was wearing gloves to apply it but realized I wasn't wearing gloves when I washed it off in the AM - leading to the eczema. The second week it really hurt every time I peed. I didn't realize it until I checked with my doctor, but it's because I had an ulcer - given the vulva is a hard area to apply - my doctor said to use a mirror, that helped to make sure I rubbed everything in well or else an ulcer can form. By my 7th week, I definitely ended up with a pustule (blister with pus), which freaked me out. It might just be because I've upped my dose. I've made sure to basically shower 2x a day, once in the morning and the evening, to prevent any infections, etc., just because that area can get super sweaty. Overall, it's working - so that's what matters most. Just wanted people to know the side effects!"

For Human Papilloma Virus "This treatment regimen was a real test of endurance. I used this to treat some small warts around the anus and the groin, which appeared after I had a large wart in the groin removed through surgery. This treatment was really tough going and only really started to work after 11 weeks. To be honest, I thought it would work sooner if it was going to work, and also because I had a lot of inflammation, weeping, and rawness. I also bled quite a bit and had to repeatedly stop the treatment. I got to about 14 weeks before I had to quit because I wasn’t healing anymore and the pain was too much, but after a few weeks of stopping, I am pretty much back to normal, which I honestly never thought would happen, especially as treatment caused one of my small warts to get quite swollen. Because of the location, it was difficult to be sparing with application, which probably contributed to symptoms. I used one sachet per week and kept it in a zip lock bag in the fridge because it's not cheap, and this worked for me."

For Human Papilloma Virus "I have genital warts at the penile corona area. I use Aldara 3 times a week (Mon, Wed, Fri). There is no significant improvement during the first week, except some redness and a burning feeling on the surrounding skin area. During this period, I'm taking honeysuckle chrysanthemum tea (powdered form) for detoxification and to build up my immunity. On the 12th day, I took the nail clipper and cut off the tip of the genital wart because I was getting impatient. It wasn't the first time I had cut it with a nail clipper, but this time there's blood dripping out. I applied Aldara on the wart as well as on the next day. To my astonishment, 2-3 days later, the wart had shrunk significantly. Some parts seemed to come off when I rubbed and cleaned it during the shower with soap. And by the 20th day, the wart is gone and not visible anymore! Throughout the entire 20 days, I've only used one sachet of Aldara (out of 5 I've bought) for the small wart. I will stop soon or until the first sachet is finished."

For Human Papilloma Virus "I had genital warts, and my gynecologist said to use Aldara 3 times per week. Let me just say, this cream is not pleasant at all. It causes mild itching and discharge sometimes and gave me a sore, but the worst thing is I experience aches and fatigue. After one week, I thought it was not working, but after 2 weeks, the warts have almost flattened and I can see improvement. My advice is really only use it 3 times per week, a thin layer, the next day just start taking Panadol and continue with it. Try not to mess it up by picking at the warts. It will get better, it is just very unpleasant."

For Human Papilloma Virus "I thought I would share my experience with this cream. Used for 4 weeks. First 2 weeks, I had heavy discharge and felt a bit uncomfortable. The third week, the redness, headaches, sore throat, and night sweats started. By the end of the 4th week, my vagina was unrecognizable. I had open sores, which had to be swabbed for herpes (negative), so I had to stop using it. I don't think I could continue any longer anyway. I do admit I was using too much by the 4th week as it wasn't working at all, and I was becoming desperate. So stupidly, the bad reaction was my fault. But no cream that has this effect should be put near that area."

For Human Papilloma Virus "Was on this for months. Two warts on the penis tip cleared very well, but came back as soon as treatment was paused. Other warts on the shaft, foreskin, under the foreskin shrunk in size during treatment but never cleared. The cream caused a lot of burning sensations on the skin and was very uncomfortable. The foreskin became weak and lost some elasticity during treatment, and as a result, broke several times during washing. By contrast, Podophyllotoxin cleared almost all warts in about three weeks (many of them later reappeared though), and while causing some degree of discomfort, it wasn't comparable to Aldara."

For Human Papilloma Virus "Used Aldara for genital warts, three times a week, and all was well at first. Wart size was beginning to decrease, and after a couple of months, I started burning down there. Looked only to see how swollen and red it was. Not using it again."

For Human Papilloma Virus "16 years ago I used Aldara for a single wart. I used the cream, and yes, it burned like hell. The cream worked, and I didn’t have anything for 15 years. I thought my immune system had kicked this virus to the curb. Last year, my sister was diagnosed with terminal cancer, and I’m guessing the stress from that weakened my immune system, and bang, I got another wart. I treated this the same way, and it’s been gone now nearly 6 months, but my bottom is itchy a lot I think from where the cream burned my skin. If it ever comes back, I will use a Q-tip and make sure I use minimal and will try to protect my skin nearby."

For Human Papilloma Virus "About a year and a half ago I went into the doctor for what they called a UTI, that then later was a yeast infection. This went on for months until I couldn't take it. They finally tested me which later was actually chlamydia. Finally, a real diagnosis. During this time my vagina was very swollen and I had a spot that's been there for some time. I thought it was a scar as it had never changed, but during the swollen period this spot seemed bigger. I've asked several doctors about this spot over time. None were worried. The other day I went into the doctor to have it checked, she first told me it was a cyst. Now she says it is genital warts. I went to get a second opinion and they confirmed. I've had diarrhea and some upper respiratory problems."

For Human Papilloma Virus "Just started with Aldara. I had 8 small, tiny GWs cauterized, now I am clear and no GWs to be noticed. My doctor instructed me to apply Aldara if I think that a new wart is appearing, and I did apply for the first time today. Hopefully, this stuff works well."
