For COPD "I tried Trelegy, and after only 4 days, I was very ill. Weak lower chest had a burning feeling off and on - very painful. Breathing worsened. I have COPD. Stopped using Trelegy, and after only 2 days, felt pretty good. Tried using it again yesterday a.m. and then again this morning. Pain in lower chest again about 2 hours or so this a.m. Breathing was somewhat labored. My normal resting pulse is approximately 62. This morning and for most of the day, it was between 88 and 102 when I was doing basically nothing. Horrible headache. Very weak for several hours and just kind of scared. Will NEVER use this medication again - NEVER. Went back to using it again as described above to be fairly sure my negative symptoms were being caused by Trelegy usage. It was and is."

For COPD "The doctor gave me a sample of this on Wednesday. I used it once in his office. An hour later, the headache started, then the pain all over my body and a bad cough. After that, the chills started, and for the next 2 days, I was too weak and sleepy to get out of bed. The symptoms are slowly getting better, and I am still feeling them today. It's Saturday, hopefully, it will completely go away soon. The first 36 hours after using it, I wasn't sure if I would live or die. Only used it the one time."

"DO NOT TAKE TRELEGY! I was having residual coughing from COVID for over 4 months, and Albuterol was not working, so my doctor gave me a 2-week sample of Trelegy. After just two days, I ended up in the ER, almost dying from pneumonia-like symptoms. This caused my eyes and cheeks to swell, blurry vision, extreme headache, constant coughing, and the worst back pain I have ever had. I pray that someone reading this hasn’t tried this horrible drug yet, because if you do, you could end up dead. I do not know how this is on the market. I pray these residual effects from this medication leave my body, and then I’m not stuck with this for life over two puffs. You have been warned."

For COPD "Began using Trelegy a month ago. Within a week, I noticed a difference in my breathing - no longer shortness of breath when going up and down stairs. Used to have to use my emergency inhaler 2-3 times a day - that immediately changed - have only needed it a few times a week, if that. I've been on oxygen 24/7 for the past 2 years, recently, I haven’t needed it at rest since my O2 stats are now over 90. Have had a few side effects such as headaches and a raspy voice, however, I can deal with them - very happy to be experiencing results! Only $10 for 12 months co-pay with a coupon on their site!"

For COPD "I initially coughed for the first hour, then the following day, half of my head hurt to the touch, it felt like it was sunburned. That lasted a week. Then I had increased mucus that woke me up at night, as I was choking on it. I had pains in my hips and joints, and the pain moved down my legs as I lifted them to lay on a couch. I could no longer lift my arms above my head without them being in pain at the muscle, which felt as if it went down to the bone. A sore throat and headaches. Other than those side effects, my breathing did improve, but not enough to warrant putting up with the side effects. I lasted 3 months, then gave it up. The doctor then tried me on Trimbow, that lasted 3 days when I ended up with vertigo. I'm now back on Seebri and Fostair."

For COPD "Had a 2-week trial usage of Trelegy and was going great for the 1st week. Used every morning, breathing really improved, but during the 2nd week, I got recurrent, very bad sore (at night only) throat even though I thoroughly rinsed afterward and brushed, hoarseness with a deep cough to clear airway, became very nasally like I was catching a cold during the early part of the days after getting out of bed, headaches, and also at night, very bright halo around images on TV which hurt my eyes trying to focus. Will not continue using."

For COPD "I have noticed an immediate improvement with my breathing even at night, but I do have other side effects I hope go away soon. As of today (3/11/2024), I've only been taking it for about 5 days. Side effects are: gastrointestinal upset, headache, general unwell feeling as though I'm getting sick. Hopefully, these go away after a week or so. Generally, I'm pleased with the effectiveness of this medication."

For COPD "Trelegy is a game changer. After 6 years of undiagnosable breathing issues with excessive mucus and a recent double whammy of bronchitis with pneumonia, a second CT scan revealed COPD. The pulmonologist gave me a sample of Trelegy 200, and it changed my life. The mucus is still present but nowhere near the amount prior. I can breathe better, but deep breaths will elicit a cough with mucus. I have a headache and sore throat in the mornings, but that is a small price compared to not being able to breathe and being congested. I use the Trelegy 100 now, and it works just as well. I am 58, looks like no more long runs are in my future, but I can walk 2.5 miles most mornings, and that is a start."
