Fexofenadine / pseudoephedrine for Allergic Rhinitis "I've tried other allergy medications, but Allegra-D is the only one that works. I used to get constant post-nasal drip and have to clear my throat all the time. On this medication, I feel amazing. It does, however, cause insomnia and bad dry mouth. It also makes it so I don't get a full erection. So do I feel better and not have sex, or what?"

Fexofenadine / pseudoephedrine for Allergic Rhinitis "I was suffering from a severe sinus infection for over a week, and I was taking Sudafed to help with the pain and pressure, but of course, that did not work for a sinus infection. I started taking the 24-hour Allegra-D for my congestion and inflamed sinuses along with antibiotics, and it helped almost immediately. Every day. I only took it until my infection went away, not continuously. The only side effects were really bad dry mouth constantly and bad drainage of mucus, so I constantly had to clear my throat, which caused my throat to be sore."

Fexofenadine / pseudoephedrine "This medicine is like magic. I had constant post-nasal drip and congestion before I took this medicine. It was so bad I had trouble sleeping because I couldn't breathe through my nose. I also used to get sore throats frequently due to the post-nasal drip. On Allegra, those symptoms are gone. I can actually breathe like a human and sleep better. The only side effect is dry mouth, but that just makes me drink more water, which is a good thing. I am glad this is available over the counter now, but I hate how you only get 10 at a time."

For Allergic Rhinitis "Took it around 6:30 am before leaving for work. Experienced terrible insomnia even though I took it early in the morning. Couldn't stay asleep more than three or four hours. Awful stomach pain and loss of appetite. Some itching. Weakness and dizziness when standing too quickly. Dry mouth, so I'm constantly drinking water. Unfortunately, the other OTC medicines didn't work as well as this product. I'm in a lose-lose situation."

Fexofenadine / pseudoephedrine for Allergic Rhinitis "I tried Allegra D 24 as my pharmacy was out of Claritin D. The 1st few days this really didn't do anything for my sinuses, by day 7, I was suffering from such intense side effects that I could not work and wound up with an emergency appointment with any doctor that would see me at my doctor's office. My side effects from Allegra D were anxiety to the 10th power (never had anxiety before), chest tightness, felt like my throat was closing, could not breathe, terrible cough, dry mouth. It has been a horrible few days while waiting for this medication to leave my system. I was even given Xanax to help relieve my anxiety, which, if you have taken it, is no picnic either. I have been taking Claritin D for years and never experienced anything like this."

Fexofenadine / pseudoephedrine for Allergic Rhinitis "This is the only thing that helps me with my allergies. I get symptoms every year in November. It helps with the nasal dripping and opens up my sinuses. The only bad thing is my mouth stays dry all the time. I recommend this to anyone."

Fexofenadine / pseudoephedrine for Allergic Rhinitis "I've just started experiencing allergies one year ago and only during the winter. I've owned my own business for the last 15 years, and a new particular product that I use on my clients triggers my allergies. (There is no other product option for me to use). When winter hit again this year, the symptoms started again. I've tried EVERYTHING, Allegra-D is the absolute only thing that works! However, I have severe dry mouth, bad post-nasal drip, and constant coughing. I use an over-the-counter mucus release medicine, which WORKS! At the end of my workday, it's terribly hard to breathe, so I'm going to try Afin with the Allegra-D."

Fexofenadine / pseudoephedrine for Allergic Rhinitis "I have bad allergies, always have. This drug has ephedra in it, so anyone complaining about side effects - DO YOUR DILIGENCE BEFORE PUTTING A DRUG INTO YOUR BODY. Know what you are taking and the side effects. So... this medicine affects people the same way speed/stimulants do. Either good for your chemistry or the opposite. I personally loved it. It solved all of my post-nasal, allergy, sinus problems. Unfortunately, I became completely dependent on it. To the point where I had to take it or I could not focus/work. Well, after about 5 years, and as advertised, I developed some negative and severe side effects. I had to stop taking it because I slowly developed the opposite of a runny, stuffy nose. I became too dry. Sore throat. Hurts to breathe air in, and now... a year after stopping, I have a chronic sore, dry throat. I think I permanently dried out my mucus membranes, lol. REMEMBER people, research what you're putting in your body. I still give it 10 stars. Works. Or it's COVID, who knows!"

Fexofenadine / pseudoephedrine for Allergic Rhinitis "It has helped take the edge off of my allergies, but the dry mouth it causes is horrible. I need water constantly or my mouth and throat get so dry it's actually becoming difficult to breathe."

Fexofenadine / pseudoephedrine for Allergic Rhinitis "This medication is NOT recommended! I have severe allergies to the spring weather, and since nothing else was working for me, I decided to try this. At first, it was like magic, my allergies went away, no itchy eyes, no sore throat, I felt great! The side effects really hurt me, though. It was about two days after taking the medication that I suffered a 24-hour migraine along with flu-like symptoms, high fever, rashes, dizziness, confusion, racing heart, chills, anxiety, nausea, dry mouth, sleep problems, loss of appetite, and ringing in my ears. It has been the worst two days of my life thanks to this medication."
