"Was worried about switching from Brenda (a high-dose pill) to Levlen, but after 10 years on Brenda, felt it was time to try. Brenda has made my acne go away and so was concerned that would come back. Pleased to say skin has been fantastic, clearer than before actually and smoother and not as dry. Small patch of breakthrough bleed once, but only minor. No other side effects or problems. This pill is so much cheaper than Brenda too, so I’m wishing I’d given it a go much sooner."

"TRIGGER warning I started this medication about a month and a bit ago and I already have mental health issues and it made me really moody and gave me suicidal ideation anyway a week and a half a go I stopped it due to this issue and Thursday I got my monthlys back after 4 years of not having it"

"After 13 years on Diane35 (Estelle) I switched to Levlen. At first it seemed fine and for quite a long time it appeared to be keeping my PCOS under control. Around the two year mark hair growth and acne reappeared at quite a fast pace and nothing I tried seemed to help. After 6 months of battling acne I’ve moved back to Diane35."

"I have been on this pill for a month. So far I have experienced severe depression and some acne. However, I have not put on any weight while being on this pill. As I have read in the comments below, that some girls have experienced profound weight gain. I would not recommend this pill. I will be going back on a pill called Femme Tab. Which, had controlled my hormones and stopped my acne. I had only gone on this particular pill, because I started to have break through bleeding. This pill is horrible, and has been a complete disaster for not only myself, but for other woman too."

"I never leave reviews but omg Levlen was by far the worst pill I have ever tried. My mild pimples ended up becoming giant CYSTS under the skin. And I cried at everything and I am never emotional. Switched back to Brenda and feeling 1000% better and acne is slowly healing. Just think twice about this pill especially if you want to treat acne!"
