For Vaginal Dryness "My doctor recommended Replens as I am suffering from severe vaginal dryness. I used my first applicator when I went to bed. Burning and itching immediately started and it was so uncomfortable I did not sleep all night. In the morning I had backache, nausea, and low-grade fever. I will not be using the product again."

For Vaginal Dryness "Vaginal dryness attack fast with menopause. When started replens I had the shedding and white clumps. Stick with it 3 months in everything is better. I can be intimate no more burning. It takes a little time and will burn at first but worth it."

For Vaginal Dryness "Used this just once and It might have relieved some dryness but 2 days after using experienced severe cramping itching and swelling and white clumps coming out, Resorted to trying to rinse it out and using my finger to scoop some of the disgusting clumps out. Will never use this product again remaining tubes now in the bin."

For Vaginal Dryness "It felt moisturizing at the beginning but after a few weeksI got some mild cramps accompanied of a black discharge, I went to see several doctors and they were all shocked cause they found pieces of a black silicone looking substance. The last one try to manually remove it. I got a PAP Smear, two ultrasounds and the took samples to check if I have an infection and they couldn’t find anything. I’m about to get a biopsy and an hysteroscopy just in case. I was so worried till I found all the reviews online. How is even possible that a product like that is on the market and even the doctors are clueless about it."

For Vaginal Dryness "It sounds like we are all having similar reactions to this product. I am post menopausal, and breast cancer survivor so hormones are not an option. I took Replens at the suggestion of my Gynecologist. With the first two doses I had the brown discharge, then the third dose gave me uterine cramping! I was worried about what was going on. How does this product cause cramping if it is not hormonal? I am glad I found this site, but I am ceasing use of this product!! Not a good use of my money and doesn’t seem good for my health!"

For Vaginal Dryness "I’ve been using this for a couple of weeks after suffering severe itching for months with no explanation as to why - I’m only 29 so still unsure why this has been happening. I did have a number of infections at the beginning but I’ve been tested for infections since and don’t have one, been given steroid cream which only helped briefly etc. Vaginal moisturiser was recommended to me by a nurse so I asked my GP to prescribe it and they prescribed me Replens. It’s been really helpful so far, after months of itching I’d say I’m 75% more comfortable externally and 90% more comfortable internally. The only downside is the gunky off white discharge that everyone’s mentioned which is pretty annoying, but fortunately I’d read the reviews and their website so was expecting it. Seems a small price to pay for being more comfortable. I may find something less messy in the future but for now this will do and has been a lifesaver."

For Vaginal Dryness "The plastic re-useable application is sharp at the round edges, and causes bleeding when it scrapes me on insertion - but it is all I can get on NHS repeat prescription (the softer single use applicators are too expensive for NHS). The manufacturer should know that we use this to minimise discomfort when vaginal walls thin, so sharp edges no good. I have reported this to the manufacturer several times, but they just say use softer single use applicator! Men would not put up with this product. It is messy, it discharges all the time after use, for a few days, till the next application; panty liners are a must and a nuisance - and not environmentally friendly. I have used Replens for several years post hysterectomy as oestrogen cream contra-indicated for me. Loathe it."

For Vaginal Dryness "I’m 32. Never experienced vaginal atrophy. Stopped taking birth control and the changes started to happen. Initially thought it was a yeast infection. Treated twice and still no resolve to the dryness, itching and inflammation. I finally see a doctor who recommends Replens and I start to have the white thick chunky discharge, which are dead skin cells shedding, and then thick gooey bloody discharge only once. But my symptoms improved dramatically. The discharge did stop and I started to notice normal discharge and normalcy completely after 3 uses. It’s a godsend."

For Vaginal Dryness "During 10 months of use, I started to experience severe bloating over the past 2 months, some burning, swelling and just recently cramping on and off. Also, white discharge is more frequent. I too wish I had read these comments sooner. I used it yesterday and will never use it again. The product needs to be improved or taken off the market. I also thought that I had a UTI a while back, and other times, and tested negative with urinalysis and culture each time. I'll continue with external gel HRT."
