Delstrigo (doravirine / lamivudine / tenofovir disoproxil) "Switched to Delstrigo 6 months ago. Amazing! Where has this drug been hiding! Was first prescribed Triumeq, had horrible side effects but put up with them for two years as I thought this is the best it gets when it comes to HIV meds. Finally, I had enough and voiced my concerns to my consultant, who recommended switching to a different combination, Delstrigo being the first. I'm pleasantly surprised, not a single side effect, hopefully, this stays the same. Now I look forward to my days without having to worry about debilitating side effects."

Delstrigo (doravirine / lamivudine / tenofovir disoproxil) "Having looked for reviews for this before starting it, I couldn’t find many, if any, so here’s how I’ve gone, side effects wise. Only been on for a week and had switched from Genvoya. Side effects for the first few days were headaches and a little constipated, can’t say either was due to the drug for sure. A week on and no side effects. I would say mood has improved and perhaps also energy levels. Early days, but for anyone worrying about switching or starting, I hope the above helps. Will post an updated review after bloods, etc."

Delstrigo (doravirine / lamivudine / tenofovir disoproxil) "I've been on several different HIV medications after being diagnosed in 2018. I began on Genvoya - on day 1, I experienced vomiting within just 30 minutes to an hour. This continued with each dose. I was then put on Biktarvy - the GI upset and cardiovascular side effects were terrible. I stayed on it for about 2 years but couldn't deal with the bloating, nausea, and diarrhea/constipation any longer. I was then put on Triumeq. Within a week on Triumeq, my blood pressure skyrocketed, I was having palpitations, and felt terrible anxiety. Next one was Odefsey, which I thought I tolerated well at first - I remained on Odefsey for about a year and a half. Odefsey was fairly similar to Biktarvy as far as side effects went, diarrhea being the worst initial side effect. Toward the end on Odefsey, however, I began noticing skin pain, burning skin sensations on my legs, thighs, and even the penis and scrotum. I asked to try Delstrigo, and so far none of these effects. Great!"

Delstrigo (doravirine / lamivudine / tenofovir disoproxil) "I changed from Biktarvy to Delstrigo 3 months ago. I am still undetectable, and my CD4 remains similar. I haven't experienced such uncomfortable side effects as with Biktarvy. Headaches have considerably improved, and I feel calmer. I recommend Delstrigo 9 out of 10."

Delstrigo (doravirine / lamivudine / tenofovir disoproxil) "Biktarvy, Odefsey, and Complera were depressive for me, especially at night. I also gained weight on Biktarvy. Delstrigo helped me sleep better, and I lost about five pounds. Talk to your doctor, especially if you are having neurocognitive side effects, even if they seem minor, like weird dreams or are hard to describe."

Delstrigo (doravirine / lamivudine / tenofovir disoproxil) "Switched from Biktarvy (was on Genvoya before that for 3 years) as it was giving me bad headaches and high BP and have now been on Delstrigo for about 5 months. Generally very pleased and feel much better, however, I started to notice that I began to lose hair about 2 months ago. Initially, I thought it was maybe just stress or natural seasonal hair shedding but two months down the line and it's still happening. I'd always had a very healthy head of hair until this started to happen, although personally, I am not overly concerned about the hair loss problem so I may continue with Delstrigo regardless because I feel so much better now and, from blood test results, it is definitely working well. Would be interesting to know though if anybody else out there has had the same issue."
