"Diagnosed with right knee meniscal tear with knee joint osteoarthritis, and lumbar spondylosis with degenerative arthritis of the spine. Have tried everything, finally my doctor prescribed Diclofenac 75mg twice a day. What a life changer. No side effects, no pain."
