For Osteoarthritis "I am 73 and just found out I have torn ligaments, tendonitis, and arthritis in both wrists. For about a year now, I have had stabbing pains in my wrists and hands. After taking three Arthrotec 50, my pain is gone. But I also have a gastric problem with reflux, and for the last two nights, I have had extreme bloating and reflux. I took the fifth tablet this evening. It is so bad tonight that I have to stay awake. I cannot go to sleep, even while sitting up in a chair for fear of having the reflux again. I have had the reflux two times already tonight when I dozed off. So I am here now typing this at 4:30 AM so I do not fall asleep again. The Arthrotec works, but I cannot take any more of them."

For Sciatica "I have suffered with sciatica for 3 years and now have pain in my right foot along the arch. I took this medication when I was first diagnosed, and it did nothing to relieve the pain. I decided to give it another shot last week because of the foot pain, and it started helping right away with both issues. The only problem I have is I am bloated and feel like I have gained 10 lbs! This is a huge bummer since I am also on a weight loss plan! But I will keep taking it for now."

For Sciatica "Started taking this medication about a week ago for sciatica-related pain. I had L5-L6 back surgery 10 years ago and get flare-ups of pain from post-surgery. It has helped the pain a fair bit. I still feel the right buttock pain when driving my car, but other types of sitting are much better. The side effects are not so good: a lot of bloating. I feel like I have a balloon in my tummy, upset stomach, lightheadedness, and dizziness. With having vertigo in the past, it's hard to tell if it's vertigo or the medication. The doctor wanted me to try it for 2 weeks, but I will go see him today after 1 week and have a chat with him about it. My dosage is 2 pills per day with food, 50MG. I will ask if taking 1 per day may be a good idea, and who knows, it may be enough."
