For Herbal Supplementation "I read some astonishingly dumb reviews about creatine here. First of all, everyone has creatine in every cell of their body. It's used in one of the energy systems the body uses, the creatine phosphate system. You don't use it all up during a workout like one person said. And it doesn't cause restlessness or anything, it helps mood and mental disorders through raising ATP and brain cells. It's sad people comment on things I don't even know what they're talking about, lol."

For Herbal Supplementation "Creatine is an effective supplement, but one of the serious side effects caused by overdosing it is diarrhea. Usually, during the loading phase, you might experience bad diarrhea. Remember, DO NOT drink it with beer or milk, that would cause very painful diarrhea and stomach ache."

For Herbal Supplementation "Creatine is extremely effective and will give you a great gym experience. I used it for 4 months (normally 3x a week), and one day it went really wrong. It was vacation, so I went to the gym 6x a week for 3 weeks straight. I used pre-workout (which contains a normal dosage of creatine... around 3 grams) every day, and I suffered from extreme bloating and sickness. I wasn't able to do anything because I felt like throwing up all day. I stopped using it and haven't touched it for 2 months now. Normally, I'd only have 'creatine diarrhea,' but that day changed my view on it. It's effective, but it does have its downsides."

For Herbal Supplementation "The benefits do not outweigh the side effects... caused skin itching and rashes, and it takes forever to get out of your body. Do not drink caffeine with creatine either, as it also caused extreme restlessness, racing thoughts, impulsivity, dulled smelling and taste senses. I would say take it as long as you plan to use EVERY milligram of it during a workout(s). Otherwise, I would stay away from it."

"Creatine was recommended to increase muscle tone. I am a female, 5'1", 118 lbs. I took 100 mg daily. I quickly developed a horrible body odor. It was described as smelling like I just cleaned an aquarium. Unfortunately, I could not smell the odor on myself, and not everybody was able to smell it, but after anonymous complaints at the gym and finally from a good friend, I determined the cause was the creatine."
