"Creatine is an effective supplement but one of the serious side effects caused by overdosing it is diarrhea. Usually during the loading phase you might experience bad diarrhea and remmeber DO NOT drink it with beer or milk, that would cause very painful diarrhea and stomach-ache."

"Creatine is extremly effective and will give you a great gym experience I used it for 4 months (normally 3x a week) and one day it went really wrong. It was vacation so I went to the gym 6 x a week for 3 weeks straight, I used pre workout (which contains a normal dosage of creatine ... around 3 grams) on everyday and I suffered from extreme bloating and sickness, I wasn't able to do anything because I felt like throwing up all day. I stopped using it and haven't touched it for 2 months now, normally I'd only have ''creatine diahrrea'' but that day changed my view on it It's effective but it does have it down sides"

"The benefits do not outweigh the side effects...caused skin itching and rashes and it takes forever to get out of your body. Do not drink caffeine with creatine either as it also caused extreme restlessness, racing thoughts, impulsivity, dulled smelling and taste senses. I would say take it as long as long as you plan to use EVERY milligram of it during a workout(s). Otherwise I would stay away from it"
