For COVID-19 "I received my first Moderna vaccine 2 days ago. I’m a healthy, 39-year-old woman. I walked into my appointment feeling good and left feeling unwell. 10 minutes after the shot, I felt heart palpitations for only a few seconds, then they went away. Negative side effects I've felt so far: dizziness, disorientation, lethargy, muscle pain, joint pain, nausea. Generally, I feel unwell and regret getting vaccinated."

For COVID-19 "I received my Moderna COVID booster yesterday. Within 3 hours after getting this, I had a fever of 101 with chills all night and continuing today. Every joint in my body has severe pain. My head is busting. My arm in which it was given turned red from my shoulder to my elbow, with swelling so bad that I can't get into a short-sleeve top. Now I am nauseated also. I called the pharmacist who gave the immunization, and she said all these side effects should only last 24 hours. It has been 26 hours since all these side effects started. I don't have a weakened immune system."

For COVID-19 "I had AstraZeneca for my first two vaccinations six months ago. Just a headache, which went away after a few days. Two weeks ago, I chose to have Moderna as a booster. I am 62 years old, fit, slim, active, and generally healthy. I do have high blood pressure, which has been well controlled by half a tablet per day of Micardis 40. From the evening of my booster two weeks ago, I have been unwell with nausea, lightheadedness, and my blood pressure has gone up significantly. I constantly feel unwell and am very concerned about this spike in BP. Has anybody else had this happen after using Moderna?"

For COVID-19 "My first dose, I had pain in my arm for 3 days when I developed a rash all over my body. Week 3, I was good. Then I got the second one, and I felt like I was run over and over, not feeling well, dizzy and nauseated, and I developed the same rash again, and I am just now starting to feel better than ever."

For COVID-19 "I had both injections spaced 1 month apart. I have an autoimmune disease. First vaccine injection, I felt incredibly tired and a seriously painful arm at the injection site, lasted 3 days. Just had the second one a couple days ago, with worse side effects. Constant fever of 101-101.9, severe, excruciating pain in my hip joints and my thigh muscles, severe fatigue, gas, a bad bloody nose, lack of appetite, and nausea, weakness in both arms and legs, and dizziness. I also developed a large welt at the injection site and a rash covering my shoulder down to just below the site and near all the way around my arm that’s red, itchy, and hot. My arm hurt 10 times worse. Today is day 3 for me, and I’m just about over all the really bad effects, only feeling very fatigued. With all that being said, I have an overactive immune system and many other severe physical illnesses. This was fully expected. All I have to say is being sick for 3 days beats being sick for 2 weeks to a month if I did get COVID."
