For Osteoarthritis "Pain is worse after 6 hrs. Here, 4 days later, pain is about an 8 on the pain scale. I've been trying to exercise the arm and neck, but no relief! From Wed at 1 PM till Sun at 9:25 PM, I have slept about 12 total hrs in 4 days due to severe pain."
