For Acne "I used the liquid version of this product, and it worked really well for about 6 months. Then my doctor prescribed the same medication but in a cream version, and it's not working at all, instead of clearing my breakouts, it makes them worse. It's also making my face extremely oily."

For Acne "I’m 20 years old and have been having horrible acne breakouts. They are so red and inflamed. If I popped them, then they would only get worse and multiply. My doctor prescribed me the 1% clindamycin phosphate pledgets. I used them every morning and night after washing my face. I did this for around 4 months. The pledgets only lasted me 1 month, and it was getting pretty costly. I then switched to the 1% clindamycin phosphate gel, and it has done wonders for my skin. I used to breakout all over my face, and the pimples would never go away. Now I maybe get 3 small ones around the time of my period. But the topical also helps to reduce the redness and inflammation when my acne was super bad. I finally feel comfortable enough to leave my house without any makeup on. The only reason I give it a 9/10 is that I’ve noticed my skin is more shiny and oily."

For Acne "Have been using the lotion form of clindamycin for about a week. It's working wonderfully. The only drawback is that it makes my skin somewhat oily, but not enough to be a big problem. It's the only thing that I have used that's actually working so well."

For Acne "I was prescribed doxycycline monohydrate, benzoyl peroxide, and another cream. The other cream wasn’t covered by my insurance, so I got prescribed clindamycin later on. As I added clindamycin to my routine with the other drugs, my skin got really, really oily, and it broke out. Mind you, my skin was 90% clear before using this gel, and I thought, why not just use it if I was prescribed it as well? Everyone’s skin is different, I'd say if your skin is usually on the oily side, you wouldn’t want to use clindamycin gel."

For Acne "I began to use Clindamycin PH 1% Gel and Sodium Sulfacetamide 10% and Sulfur 5% towards the end of the summer for 2 months for my issues with acne on my chin. I had bumps on other areas of my face but mostly concentrated on my chin. My acne is not severe but it's always been an issue, and since I was 12, I have always had blackheads on my nose and chin. This gel did not work for me, I didn't notice any change on my face, the pimples, bumps, and blackheads remained the same, they became more noticeable. It was irritating on my skin, and it made my skin extremely oily, and since I wear makeup, it became an issue. The cleanser I do enjoy, it clears your pores, and my skin has never been softer, but the gel I do not recommend."

For Acne "Do not take this!! Worst experience of my life. Made my acne 100X worse. Also made my face really red and greasy. Not effective AT ALL. I have no idea why my doctor would prescribe me this. Ruined my life, can't stand being seen like this. Try benzoyl peroxide. Much more effective. Dries out your skin, but an easy fix with lotion."

For Acne "I've used this for more than a year. My acne situation has not gotten better. It's a whole lot worse, with my skin also being constantly red and oily as well."

For Acne "HORRIBLE! I was prescribed this for acne. After a few days, my entire chest, back, and neck was red and covered in bumps and whiteheads. My skin is already oily, but this made it 100 times worse, and my face got extremely bad. After a week, I got prescribed an oral antibiotic, and it finally started helping clear up my body after a few days, but it took WEEKS for my skin to recover. Even now, I am still trying to get rid of the scarring it caused."
