For Osteoarthritis "I have been taking Celebrex for osteo for about 25 years. I was taking up to 400 mg a day for the last 15 years. If I wasn’t, I would not have been able to work. The only side effects I have noticed are heartburn and a rash that may be from Celebrex. I have had two total knee replacements and an operation on an elbow for osteo. I have osteo in the lower back that they will not operate on, as there is nothing they say they can do that will get rid of the pain. The doctor I’m seeing now has cut me back to 1 x 100 mg a day and says he is taking me off it altogether. I don’t even feel like getting out of bed because of the pain. I’ll be changing doctors. It also helps a lot with pain from toothache infections."

For Pain "I started taking a morning dose for 24 hours last Friday, 2/5/2016. Pain-free immediately, but had very itchy areas. Had to stop taking due to the intensity of the itchy rash Monday morning 2/8/2016, but by 2 PM, wish I had taken one this morning again! Almost worth it!"

For Pain "Took these capsules as prescribed by the doctor when required, approximately one tablet once a month or so when arthritic pain was at its worst. Worked very well. Unfortunately, the last two times I have taken it over a week, it has resulted in very severe skin reactions similar to hives. The second reaction was worse than the first. Won't risk taking it again."

For Pain "These pills helped my sciatica a lot. I feel some pain here and there, it really helps me sleep. The only problem is it gave me a rash. I’ve only been taking them for about 4 days, but now my cheeks are red, and I normally have really soft and clear skin. My face is a little bumpy and itchy, so are my arms, chest, legs, arms, etc."

For Pain "Prescribed for back pain caused by crushed vertebra (I am trying to avoid surgery as long as possible). After three days of taking Celebrex, I bent over for the first time in two years without nursing my back. I was amazed and thrilled. However, on the fifth day, I noticed I had broken out in small rashes all over and was forced to discontinue taking it."

For Ankylosing Spondylitis "Was taking naproxen and then got prescribed Celebrex and then ended up having a bad rash and stuff, so I do not recommend if you have a history of sensitive skin."
