Bremelanotide for Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder "I have been struggling with HSDD for years. The thought of my husband touching me repulsed me. I tried Addyi, it didn’t work. I’ve tried everything. I tried Vyleesi tonight for the first time, and I am so relieved that it WORKED! Here’s my experience: I took it at 9:00 PM. Right away, I was nauseous, but it went away within a few minutes. About 15 minutes later, I started to feel the need to stretch my whole body out, and oh did it feel good. Over the next hour, I was laying in bed, having these amazing stretch sessions just waiting to feel some tingly sensations of arousal. Well, around 10:45 PM, I had to pee, so I went to the bathroom. When I wiped, I felt a tingly sensation “down there.” When I got back in bed, I told my husband, “I think it’s starting to work, I have faith.” He then proceeded to touch my body (which I usually hate), and it kickstarted everything! Sex felt better than I ever remember!"

Bremelanotide for Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder "I had a Vyleesi injection in my leg because of my libido problems. I felt like I was going to puke but only for a few seconds. I waited 45 minutes then headed to my boyfriend's house. By the time I got to his house I was keen for some action! We did it for what felt like forever and I was on a never-ending orgasm. This sex serum stayed in my system all night! He's asleep at 3 AM and I'm over here about to give him the best wake-up call of his life. Take a little pain in the leg for some amazing pleasure."

Bremelanotide for Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder "I have struggled with HSDD for a while due to sexual assault in my childhood. I know this isn't for people who have struggled with that, however, Addyi was not working and never worked for me. I have shot anxiety, so when I tell you I couldn't feel this at all, I really mean it. I didn't even feel a pinch from the needle because it's just that small. Pros: - It works. - I actually wanted to have fun with my husband instead of being annoyed that he was touching me. - It lasted for almost 3 days, there's not a definitive time frame that it lasts as everyone is different. - It arrived within one day. Cons: - The first dose will make you nauseated. Dramamine and Zofran didn't help at all."

Bremelanotide for Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder "I am a 49-year-old woman suffering from low libido for the past 5 years. I know every woman's body responds differently to medications, so I paid no mind to the negative reviews that stated, 'Don't waste your money.' I was desperate for help, not to mention my husband was also. I tried Vyleesi for the first time last week. I was surprised that I did not feel any nausea at all. I did, however, feel the need to stretch constantly once it kicked in. I read to wait 45 minutes, and in reality, it took me personally 1.5 to 2 hours before I felt any effects. Once it kicked in, it was amazing. I had sensations I haven't felt since I was a teenager. It was worth the endless stretching. It did not keep me awake or put me to sleep, as some reviews state. The effects lasted me about 12 to 18 hours (I woke up and was still feeling tingly down there). I will definitely use it again."

Bremelanotide for Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder "I’m 45 years old, and while I feel incredibly attracted to my handsome husband, I’ve been struggling with my desire, which has definitely affected my mental health. I’d love to share my experience with Vyleesi! Just a week ago, after a lovely dinner out, I decided to take the shot. To help with nausea after hearing all the reviews, I took a Zofran at the same time. Thankfully, that helped because I felt a bit off for a little while. Eventually, I drifted off to sleep since we were out of town after a long day. But guess what? When I woke up the next morning, I felt like I was 20 again! It was such an incredible experience—this shot doesn’t just get the 'juices' flowing; it truly fires up that part of our brain that shouts 'Desire!' I felt alive, and I felt so sexy! It was simply amazing! I tried it again last night in the same way, but sadly, I didn’t feel anything this time. I’m a bit disappointed, but I’m ready to try again!"

Bremelanotide for Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder "I am coming up on my golden years, and as of 4 years ago, my desire for physical touch by my husband repulsed me. I was desperate to get that desire back. I got a rx for Vyleesi and was a good candidate. Despite the side effects that were noted, I know everyone’s body responds differently, so I was not concerned about that. I was expecting nausea from what I read but had no nausea at all. I read to take it 45 min before “the moment” when with me … took 2 hours. It started with the continual need to stretch and vulvar sensitivity. After that, I realized I had finally found a way to regain feeling there. The sensation lasted about 18 hours. Fell asleep fine on it. It did not keep me awake. I will definitely continue using Vyleesi. It has been a lifesaver."

Bremelanotide for Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder "Guys. I'm 13 hours post-injection, and I cannot cross my legs without being turned on. I feel like it definitely did the job, but damn, I gotta work now. My only complaint is that it made me pretty nauseous, and I randomly got heartburn. It didn't hurt at all to inject."

Bremelanotide for Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder "I happened to have horrible side effects. Within an hour of taking it, I was so sick. Nausea was horrible. I was throwing up and eventually dry heaving. My muscles kept tensing up. It gave me a horrible headache. Fifteen hours later, I am still having these side effects. Feels like the flu, to be honest. However, I will say it works. It does what it says. I just wish the side effects weren’t like this. I probably won’t take it again because of the side effects. If you don’t get the side effects, it’s a miracle shot that you will love. Try it for yourself and see. Everyone is different."

Bremelanotide for Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder "I was extremely nervous to try Vyleesi for the first time. From reading all of the reviews, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Right before the injection, I took some Zofran and Tylenol to hopefully help with any nausea or headache I might get. I took it at about 8:40 PM… About 10 minutes after the injection, I started feeling a little nauseous, but the worst part was how flushed my face was getting, to the point I had to sit in front of a fan with a cold rag. I went ahead and went to sleep, but woke up extremely aroused around 2 AM. Every person's side effects are different, but man oh man, is the end result worth it. It’s 8:10 AM now, and I’m still feeling the arousal (the only issue is now I have to sit at work all day)."

Bremelanotide for Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder "I took this drug for the first time, and I experienced all the side effects listed: stuffy nose, coughing, extreme nausea, flushing/chills, headache, fatigue, and soreness at the injection site. The symptoms lasted 8 hours. I took Compazine for nausea and finally fell asleep. The next day, the nausea was gone, but I felt fatigued. I stayed in bed most of the following day. I will never use this drug again. My husband and I could not engage sexually because I was so sick from the side effects."

Bremelanotide for Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder "Really wanted to want it again like we were in our 20s before the stress of kids, money, and work piled up. It worked amazingly. I was told a large number of people experience nausea, but it was minor."

For Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder "As an aging but healthy male, I wanted harder erections again as well as the ability to get hard when I want it. I tried it at 3:00 PM on a Friday. I flushed immediately. An hour later, I was nauseous. I couldn’t eat dinner. I didn’t feel like having a whisky. We went to bed. We didn’t have sex even though I was rock hard. I had at least 10 involuntary erections during the night. Wow. Hard erections - like I had to always move my underwear to let it out. I will update after tonight."

Bremelanotide for Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder "I have tried this a few times off and on over the past 1-2 years. Everyone is unique. I do get nauseous and have zero appetite, but not enough to keep me from going out. I’ve used it probably 5-6 times, and it seems to work better and better. I’m 48, been married 27 years, and my drive has decreased. This has made for increased sensitivity. Sex has been really good. I’m not going to use it a ton, but for me, it does work."

Bremelanotide for Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder "I read every single review before my first dose and was, to say the least, nervous. I read about nausea, vomiting, weakness in legs, etc. It sounded awful. Why would I do this to myself? Well, I hoped for an increase in libido. Short answer, this may not exist. The first dose I took, I experienced some nausea, lack of appetite, my legs felt different, but not bad. My clitoris was very enlarged and sensitive, but almost too sensitive. I decided to try another dose. Big mistake. It was like the 24-hour flu. I napped on and off through the day, throwing up in between naps. It was awful. Not to mention an enlarged and sensitive clitoris, which was miserable. I am not one prone to sickness with meds. This was terrible with zero benefit."
