"I have used this daily for pain for over 30 years. When they came out with new packaging, I thought those would just be added to the product line, not replace the envelope style! The actual powder gave me relief I could not find in other brands, but that has changed now because I can no longer get it all out of the 'stick pack.' I am really disappointed. Before the new packaging, I would have rated this a 10, but now it's a 2."

"I live in a retirement community of 146 people. About half use BC Powders (we did a survey). All hate the new packaging. It's less powder in the containers and hard to open without spilling or leaving contents in the package. Collectively, we are all looking for another product to use. We want to make a video for online publication for other older people who find this new packaging troublesome to help them find a new product. If any other company is watching, it would be smart for them to offer an alternative."

"I, like my dad before me, have taken BC powder for many, many years. I tend to have excruciating headaches at times, and the original BC powder is the only thing that gets rid of it. It seems the new powder does not work for me nearly as well. In fact, it doesn't even come close. Sorry, BC. The packaging doesn't bother me nearly as bad as the formula has changed, and that's what bothers me. Well, there's not as much powder in a stick as there is in a paper. Please bring back our original BC formula and packaging."

"If you don't tolerate aspirin products well, BC will probably not be the 'go-to' treatment for you. However, if aspirin has worked for you, then BC powder is definitely worth trying. Its greatest advantage is its powder form and thus the speed with which it achieves its effect. Where tablets take 10 to 15 minutes to show effect, BC begins to ease symptoms in less than 90 seconds. And the effectiveness of BC is comparable to the strongest 'over-the-counter' medications. After years of fighting pain with NSAIDs and acetaminophen products, I have come home to the tried-and-true aspirin in the powder packette called BC Powder. For ailments as mild as a slight headache or as severe as chronic sciatica, BC Powders is the one that works for me!"

"I’ve been using BC Powders for over 30 years for pain and arthritic conditions in my hands. Whoever came up with the packet is not very intelligent. Because of my arthritis in my hands, it is very difficult to open the new package. Please, BC Powder Company, bring back the sticks."

"Hate packaging, and when trying to get it to all come out, dumped it took a breath and went into my lungs and up my nose. Talk about pain, worse pain I ever had. Change back to the old packaging. The new is horrible and can be painful when it dumps in your face and inhaled."

"BC lost customers, my wife and myself plus several of our friends, because of the stupid new stick. If you don't change back or improve the stick rubbish packaging, I promise you will lose a lot more customers!!!!"

"I am a loyal customer of BC, but since the new stick packs, I am looking for something else. It is hard to get out, half of it spills all over. You are, it won’t come out of the pack. Please change your packs back to the way they were."

"I have been using the powders for over 20 years, always carried them on my motorcycle. The new packaging is miserable! No matter how much you shake it from end to end before opening, it still doesn't all come out. It ends up being wasted or spilling everywhere. Goodbye for now, BC, Goody's time."

"Why aren't they listening? This new product does not work. Besides the ridiculous packaging, it is more acidic. I have stood by this product, recommended this product... Now, it's just junk. Sad to see they aren't paying attention."

"That new individual packaging of your powder is terrible. About one-third of the powder gets trapped in the paper. And when you try to get the remaining powder, it spills. Go back to the old folded paper."

"I have been using BC Powders and Goody's for over 40 years. If your rating scale had not included ease of use, I would have given the product a 10, but the new packaging is horrible. You have some who fold the old packaging lengthwise to take and some fold it widthwise. We can manipulate the old packaging in the dark and get all the medicine. With the new packaging, you have to make sure you are in a stable place, as you have to tear or cut down the side carefully to retrieve all the product. The only advantage to the new packaging is no one comes to me to bum a BC because they hate the packaging that much, and this will be my first and last box of BC with the new packaging."

"Not a fan of the new packaging. My husband has me run around town trying to find the old packaging, that is how much he hates the new package. Also, there does seem to be less medication in the new packaging."

"I have the old type of packaging. When I saw the change to the stick, I bought all the old ones I could find. I compared the ingredients, and yes, they changed the amounts from 65 mg of potassium to 59 mg of potassium. What else did they do to the product is my thought. The new product packaging sucks."

"BC works best for pain in my case than other OTC products. But I have to agree that the new packaging is awful! It’s hard to get all of the powder dosage out, and often trying to achieve this, you spill it all over yourself. Please go back to old packaging!"

"I am a long-time user of BC powders for over 40 years, and I hate the new packaging. You cannot dispense the powder into your mouth, I have to tear the complete packet apart to get a full dose. I went to the store to find the other similar product and found they have done the same. I am very unhappy and now dissatisfied with my favorite go-to pain reliever, only because of the delivery method."

"Ok, I have used this product since 1986. You’ll never convince me it’s the same!!! As a matter of fact, when you came out with the on-the-go stick, I did a comparison using a teaspoon. The old powder had more product in it than the stick! Please explain this!!!! Not to mention, my pain is not relieved with one on-the-go stick. Please listen to your customer base so we don’t have to boycott your product."

"I'm a third-generation user of BC's. Can't imagine going through a day without at least 3... of the 'old BC's.' The new packaging is horrible, as well as the new taste, this also reflects the effects... they don't work nearly as well anymore. You can't get the powder completely out of this irritating packet. They were great before, why mess with success? Just want my normal BC powder, they can keep this 'new and improved.' Before this change, I'd have given a 10-plus rating, the new changes dropped it by 5... not really sure it's even that high right now, I was simply being generous out of loyalty."

"I have taken BC powders ever since a disc removal in 1991. These have worked excellently in helping relieve my back pain. The new packaging is horrible. The old folded wax paper worked perfectly delivering the powder, the new 'packets' do not. Fail."

"You have just cut your business to the quick because of its packaging. It is very evident that you put no thought into this. I've taken it for 40+ years. So far, I've been shopping around and buying what I can find of the old BC packaging boxes of 50. I've cleaned a few shelves off to keep getting the old packaging. It now looks like everyone is out of the old boxes, so it's Goody powder from now on."

"I've taken BC powder for years, and most of my family too. The new on-the-go packages are horrible. You can't get it all out of the wrapper, and I spill half of it before I can take it. If I can't find the ones in the original package, I'll be changing to something else."

"Product is not as effective since packaging has changed for the worse. The powder does NOT flow from this defective packaging. I know a LOT of people in the oil field, and they all say the same. We are all changing to other products and are in touch to see which works best. I have contacted BC Powder, and they just told me how to take it and that they have changed manufacturers to lower costs. This is very disheartening to a 40+ year buyer. I do not buy as much, I just keep hoping they will listen to customers and go back to the original."

"I recommend it as the best to alleviate pain. Better than oxycodone, which lasts 1/2 hour. Forget Tylenol. As a dance teacher, I experience all kinds of aches and pains. Have had disc problems, hip replacement, and taken every painkiller known. For me, this is the best anti-inflammatory. Most doctors, for some unknown reason, have never heard of Anacin and don't know what I am taking. I am going for minor surgery in a few days and still taking it. Will quit 3 days before. I take it with coffee, milk, water, etc. Takes about one hour to take effect, and I do take it right before going to sleep."
