"I hate this stuff. I took it at around 10:30 pm, and it did not help me sleep at all. I have been tossing and turning the whole night and having the most stressful, fast dreams. I woke up completely soaked in sweat even. I also am now awake at 5 am (at least the third time I’ve woken up throughout the night), and my nose and throat are drier than the Sahara Desert. I also have a heinous headache. I cannot wait until this stuff wears off so I don’t have to feel so dry and uncomfortable anymore."

"I remember back when you could only get Percogesic by prescription from a doctor. Nowadays, when a prescription is approved to be sold over the counter, the strength of the medication is greatly reduced, which makes it much less effective. I suffer from migraine headaches on a regular basis and am a devoted user of Percogesic, as I have found it alleviates the pain much faster than a lot of the expensive prescription medications I have tried. The only problem is that Percogesic is getting more difficult to find in the stores, so I make sure to stock up whenever I find it!"

"In my earlier years, I had severe migraines. I found that Percogesic was very effective in lessening the severity of these. I am 78 now and in 4th-stage kidney failure, so I am very limited in what OTC products I can safely take. I take a prescription pain med regularly for pain from a bad knee replacement, plus 2 hip replacements and severe arthritis. I take Percogesic for headaches since my pain meds do not help them, while Percogesic will usually stop them. I am very pleased that Percogesic still does the job for me."

"I occasionally use Tylenol Rapid Release during the day and recently developed a cold and flu, so I decided to try Tylenol PM at night for better sleep. Make sure to read the drug interactions first, as I spent two restless nights with nervousness. Many of my friends take this product, so I'll pass it on to them, but if you are on other medication, check the list of side effects."

"I have severe migraines, and Percogesic over-the-counter helps like no prescription medicine. I first tried this from a sample at a chemist in 1973. I have kept it in my cabinet since. Now I cannot find it. My bottle is out of date and I am so worried."

"They also have the extra strength Percogesic. I love it. I keep a bottle in my purse all the time. My doctor is afraid to write a prescription for anything stronger than Tylenol, so I have to depend on the Percogesic for my very frequent headaches!"

"I get severe headaches and occasional migraines. Percogesic seems to be the ONLY thing that helps with the pain. I've tried prescription medications for treating migraines, including Imitrex and others. Nothing seemed to help as much as the Percogesic. Another good thing is that I don't experience any terrible side effects like I have with migraine medications. I'd highly recommend this. I also take it a few times per year (at most) to ease my cramps during my period when the pain is crippling."

"I tried Percogesic for the first time when I had a recurring headache for 5 days. I tried everything to relieve the pain, and nothing worked. A friend told me about Percogesic, and I bought some. My headache was relieved, and I was able to sleep all night! It really works, and I would definitely recommend it!"

"I tried the cheap brands, they made me sick, so I went back to Excedrin. Works great. It's like a car - you can save and get a cheap one with cheap results or pay a little more and get something that performs great. This brand is the good one - I'd invest in their stocks."

"I use it sometimes at the onset of a migraine. It helps me relax and fall asleep without the side effects of a stronger migraine medication."

"Back in January of 2004, I had a terrible migraine that would not go away. I finally took Excedrin PM, so I could sleep. I had a convulsion, and I have had double vision ever since."

"This worked for a while, then I started getting rebound headaches. I was waking up to excruciating headaches in the mornings after taking these at night after a period of time. They can increase with intensity over time. If you find this happening to you, you need to get off of them. They are rebound headaches."
