No it won't lower your blood sugar levels but having high anxiety causes your body to use more energy and can lead to low blood sugar levels.

Xanax treats situational anxiety. Diet lowers blood sugars by counting carbs. You can do very well that way along with your insulin or medication.

Do you mean xanax? No it won't lower your blood sugar. Its not for that.
