High Blood Pressure - High Blood Sugar - How can you lower your blood sugar if it's high?

If your friends blood sugar is regularly high but doesn't have diabetes, then a couple spoons of cinnamon through the day can help regulate there blood sugar over time. It helps push it through kinda like insulin for a diabetic patient. Just on a much lower scale. If they eat something high in sugar follow it up with a spoon of cinnamon. If it's not high every day but does happen often then they don't need 2 spoons every day. Just a spoon after eating sugar.
