Can you take azithromycin if you are allergic to keflex?

They aren't in the save family so they should be ok. There is always the potential for allergic reactions but its not likely just because you're allergic to keflex.

One is a cephalosporin the other is a azalide-macrolide. A definitive answer is impossible without an allergy test.
