Sounds like you have the same problem I do. The doctors never believe me when I warn them about giving me any of these antibiotics. The last time I had an infection (UTI) the doctor had to give me Macrobid because I was allergic to everything else. One doctor told me there wasn't many more types of antibiotics available and then another one told me there were a lot left--- who knows since the scary part is the doctors don't know and mostly don't care since they get a kick back from the pharmaceutical companies. Good luck to you.
You've got the tetracylines and meds like erythrocin and its cousins (its not zpack its zithromycin one of the relatives) What happens to you when you take those drugs you say you're allergic to?
swelling (usually somewhere on my face) and hives
omg that's not good, you'll have to be careful because it can get worse fast and you end up with swelling in your throat, and having trouble breathing. I think I'd have an anakit at home in case you have problems with another med, because you are allergic to so many different types. An anakit is an antihistamine and epinephrine.
