Ultram or Tramadol are non narcotric, they are prescribed instead of narcotics, they help the pain but I found it difficult to function normally in my daily life I felt drunk n tired the whole time I was taking them. But it is better then getting addicted to narcotic pain killers. Thanks to doctors and myself I have been addicted for 10yrs and would do anything to go back and change the choices of medication I was prescribed for my pain
there is also tramadol or ultraM. It is not an NSAID, it is similar to a narcotic, although it is not one. Unfortunately, i hear even though it is not a narcotic, it can still be addicting for some people.
As far as I know Ketorolac is considered the strongest pain killer among NSAID's
